Found this company, thought it was a bit sketchy seeing the lack of reviews but turns out they’re a new company. 10/10 service I simply can’t complain, received my bike in 2-3 days as promised and staff were so helpful answering all questions promptly. Cannot fault them for the price as well
As I women I found this company really helpful, they answered all my questions and weren’t pushy. The bike is excellent and very reliable. I’ve already got my friend to buy a bike too so we can enjoy them together.
Absolutely chuffed to bits with the service traction bikes offered. I called up ahead of time to make sure they could deliver the item to my address. They were nothing but helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole buying process. My bike arrived 3 days from purchase and was very easy to setup. Thank you very much traction bikes for all your help.
haven’t received my item says it was delivered on the 21st. I’ve been messaging ever since about it. Has the delivery hasn’t been delivered to me no sign of it. Absolute joke after spending £3399 and no one has been getting back to me.

Please contact us asap via phone call or WhatsApp (+44 333 339 5979) if your bike is in fact still missing so that we can open an investigation with the courier. We have not had any emails, calls or text messages from you at all - this review is the first we've heard of this problem.
Fantastic experience! I was a bit hesitant because it seemed to good to be true for the price for the surron lbx but it wasn’t!

Fast delivery and great customer service . ordering from a new company can be scary as theres not many reviews but i can safetly say this company rocks ! Cheap compared to other companys aswell very happy with my surron !
I’ve just bought a Surron Light Bee from Traction Bikes in Ramsgate, sounds straightforward but I live In The Outer Hebrides.
I have to break this review down into two sections.
1. The Bike; as a long term motorcyclist I was doubtful and a little cynical about how good this off roader could be. So wrong! It’s fantastic! It’s intuitive, light , responsive , stable, confidence inspiring and goes over or through very challenging terrain, i found it amazingly tractable and I could not believe its capability. It’s well made, it’s well thought through and it’s simple. My wife, another motorcyclist hopped on it and loved it too, being amazed by its capability and quality.
2. Traction Bikes.i experienced 100% integrity, decency and like-ability. They navigated an issue with such decency and grace rarely seen in commerce and I would personally recommend them to anyone, which is not something I would normally do nowadays.
My expectations have been exceeded and my experience of both the bike and the dealer left me very happy indeed.

Got delivered super fast to Manchester nicely protected on a pallet within 4 days. Front wheel needed assembly on arrival but wasn’t too bad as the instructions in the box made it really simple.
