This company I found out today is a scam. They say they will file a Trademark but they do not file it properly. We all need to file Comp to Trade commission. That will run them out of business,
They ask for a lot of money, but the most dangerous thing about these people it that they call you and threaten that you will lose your trademark. They don't even have a phone system to answer

address 3744 woodland avenue, New Orleans, LA, Louisiana isnt real. The phone number is BS. These guy s are fraud, I spoke with cheapnames.com about them and tracked their ip address to various countries not in the USA. Nothing about this company is real! Stay away!

In July 2022, I fulfilled business with Trademark Bolt and I gave them an excellent review. However, Trademark Bolt has picked their poison and I am here today to revise my review and issue a warning to everyone about the scamming services that these clowns have conducted!
Trademark Bolt presents itself as a reputable company offering trademark registration services. They bait customers in with promises of quick and easy trademark registration at affordable prices. However, my personal experience with them has revealed a different story.
After paying for their services, I quickly realized that Trademark Bolt was nothing but a scam. They failed to deliver on their promises, provided subpar services, and were unresponsive to my inquiries. It became evident that they were only after my money and had no intention of providing the services they advertised.
I urge everyone to be cautious when dealing with Trademark Bolt! Do thorough research, read reviews, and ask for recommendations before engaging with any of their services.
Let my experience serve as a cautionary tale and a reminder to always stay vigilant when conducting business online. If you should have any questions, regarding your trademark, PLEASE CONTACT USPTO DIRECTLY, for the support that you need to avoid potential pitfalls and setbacks. Also, I will be leveraging the power of the Better Business Bureau by filing a complaint against these clowns!

These people are huge scammers who will nickel and dime you to death. Do not work with them under any circumstances.

They filed the wrong trademark. When I pointed out their error, they refused to fix it. I now have a trademark that is useless.

TradeMark Bolt. They are scammers. When you call them they only know how to say don't worry. Do not do any trademark registration with them. My process was left in the middle. Someone recommending another company in the USA. Thank you.

I originally filled out a form on Trademark Bolt just to see what it would cost to file a TM. Happy I chose a local and reputable IP Attorney to complete the Task. Filing was done 5 Months ago yet I continue to receive text messages warning they have another Client seeking to file for the same TM. Each time it's a FINAL WARNING. Obviously these people are scammers. You think they might check if there is already a filing with the USPTO before continuing the aggressive and unethical practice.

This is a scam website, and their actual company name is Pay Sigma Tech Inc. Please stay away from this company as they lure customers in with low prices. When I first contacted them on April of 2022, they sent me a file promising to register three classes. After paying $1050 for three classes, they only registered one class. When I asked for a refund, they didn't respond and instead demanded that I pay more strange fees that the USPTO doesn't even charge, such as an "Attestation of a trademark application in 50x$45=$2250 states of US". They threatened that my trademark would be removed from the USPTO database if I didn't pay.

After I clearly stated that I wouldn't pay these fees, I tried to send them an email but it failed to send, and their phone was unreachable. I first contacted them and had them register my trademark in April 2022, but just a few days ago, I received another message from them demanding that I pay more fees to complete the application, including many strange fees that made me anxious.
“1- Section 8 and Section 9 Declaration:
-For filing a Section per class -$725
The breakdown of the final fee:
1. Section 8 and 9 per class $725 X 3 : $2175
2. Publication & Attestation in All 45 States, ($50 per state): $2250

It's unbelievable that such a scam company can survive in the United States for so long. They are a terrible scam company, and I regret not seeing the comments from other people earlier. Stay away from them and save yourself from losses. Don't pay them even one penny.

I honestly find it ridiculously unprofessional the amount of times I have received the same message from different people, within the span of 3 months, claiming that someone else is is attempting to apply for my business name and that they are giving me the "courtesy" of applying first if I take action within 3 business days. These manipulation tactics are disgusting, and quite pathetic. This company does this as a way to intimidate and pressure business owners to register their business names with them, to profit off of novice startup owners' anxiety. Heres an idea, maybe create a more authentic brand for yourselves so that you can create a sustainable business model, attracting loyal costumers.

Christopher butler is a fake made up employee scaming people. Stay away from this website. They will not give you any serial number. They stop picking up your calls after you make a full payment.

This website is a scam. I got the exact same text messages as the person below. They’re so pushy that I decided to Google if they’re real or not. To add insult to injury, the trademark they’re trying to let me buy for my business is actually owned by someone else and I just found out. They had every intention of scamming me and keeping the money. Stay away.

Scammers, It’s just that simple. They threatened to take my trademark and I immediately filed it out on a legit website:
TrademarkEngine.com.

Trademark bolt is a wanna-be company that wants to scam people out of getting their passion and hard work protected. Straight up fake. As a business owner myself it was VERY unprofessional.

I initially started with this company before doing my research. I didn't continue the process because of the amount of pressure that this company put on me. The amount of money they wanted me to pay was unreal. Very long story short, they are not a company that I recommend.

This company has done a poor job of training its employees to be professional and courteous. I received a text message that just said "hey akilah" which after asking who they were, I received a lengthy message from a Jennifer Lawrence asking for what amounts to a request for my business. They text me, instead of calling or emailing me prior to this which is a bit odd in my opinion. This is essentially what was said,

"If you recall you did signup on our website for the Trademark registration for the Business name "Blah blah"."We have another applicant looking to get this trademark..." "Kindly reach out ASAP or provide us with the best number and time for the paralegal team to reach you." Which came off scammy considering they already had my number.

I declined.

They responded with, "Alright, then we are moving ahead with the other applicant. Trademark Bolt will not be responsible if your application gets rejected. Have a good day!"

Their customer service is fantastic and their prices are really affordable.

This is a scam don’t trust them I called USPTO and I paid 1.2k + fir them to only spend 350 of that amount on my trademark asked for a refund and they didn’t give one back

Stay away from this company. they are scam artists. they collect the money from you that should go to US government then they try to double and triple charge you for different categories of commerce that are unnecessary and only if you show that you will seriously complain, will they finally return your money and not answer your calls.
