Scam Company – Avoid at All Costs!
I hired Trademark Filers USA on January 15, 2025, to file a trademark for my business, paying $735 in total. I was told I would receive a trademark serial number within 10-15 days, but after six weeks, I had heard nothing from them.
When I checked the U.S. Trademark Registry, I discovered that they never even submitted my trademark. I repeatedly tried to contact my assigned agent, Merry Rosso, but she completely ignored my emails.
After chasing them down through their website chat, I was finally told on February 18th that I would get a full refund. It’s now 10 days later, and I have still not received my money back. They promised an email confirmation of my refund but never sent it.
This company is a fraud—they take your money, don’t file anything, and ignore refund requests. DO NOT trust them. I have now filed a chargeback with my bank to get my money back. Stay far away!
