Trademark Roofing LLC Atlanta Reviews

Great customer service. Prompt and professional.

Our expectations were exceeded after working with Trademark Roofing. Their team was prompt, communicative, flexible, knowledgable and above all honest. I cannot wait to refer them to all my friends and family.

I had an emergency with a basement leak coming from the Chinney. Trademark was the first group to say they could come out right away. After a quick assessment they gave me the bad news but said they were prepared to start right away ahead of the rain. After 13 hrs on the first day and 2 on the second, they corrected all problems causing the leak. Trademark is a honest, experienced roofing company who does what they say they can do. I highly recommend Trademark.

I am beyond pleased with the service and the work completed by Trademark. They were very professional with their communication, completed the work in a timely fashion and explained all repairs needed. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Trademark Roofing was professional and efficient with great customer service. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you Trademark roofing!!!!

Robert, with Trademark Roofing, did an excellent job fixing our chimney today! First, he quoted us what we felt like was a very fair and competitive price to do the work. Then, within a few days of providing the quote, he came back and did the work. He even provided us with before and after pictures of everything he did, which included cleaning the gutters. Robert was very professional and patient with us through the entire process. And, he answered all of our questions to our satisfaction prior to any work being. I would highly recommend him for any chimney work you may need. Robert was excellent!

Robert was a very professional and competent technician

They were very knowledgeable about everything I needed to get done and make the process very simple. They were also very personable and prompt in getting the project completed. My roof looks amazing and I would highly recommend anyone use them for your roofing needs!

Trademark Roofing did an excellent job. This was the 2nd roof for us at 2 different homes. They are thorough and professional. They got us on the schedule quickly.

Needed roof repair and gutter replacement. The TMR team worked with me every step of the way, from things that I wanted changed, to repairs that weren't necessarily apart of the quote. Their prices were extremely competitive, customer service was excellent and Robert, the person I worked with, was very professional and aimed to get the job done to my specifications. Great experience and I would highly recommend Trademark Roofing!

Very professional and polite. Came to our home…..diagnosed the issue…..and repaired it the same day. I immediately recommended them to my sister who just happened to be here at the the same time. Would use them again without question.

Great customer service and professionalism. Came out to my house to give a quote within an hour after talking to them. He gave a GREAT rate and repaired my roof the same day. Will definitely use them in the future.

Trademark Roofing has done all my Roofing repairs and maintenance for the past 3 years. I found this company after having an intermittent leak lasting 4 years. I paid to have it repaired three times by other companies without success. Trademark roofing repaired it perfectly the first time and it cost much less than any of my other repairs. This company comes much quicker to check my problem than any other service of any kind that I have. They are prompt, have expert trade people that give a thorough exam, and are absolutely respectful of all property while they are doing the repair or estimate. They always give an accurate, honest estimate and explain the repair needed or anything else they find. They listen patiently to every concern I have in my limited laymans terms and help me understand my current repair or maintenance issue. They always clean up the repair site and work area and leave my house looking better than before they came. I don't even call others for compare estimates any more because no one can match work quality or price. They are the only company that have my total trust. They do excellent roof or gutter replacement, repair, cleaning and maintenance. This company explains clearly the warranties on their products and repairs. The company clearly explains the full line of products that they offer from economical to expensive products with extensive warranties. This company listens to my situation and helps me pick the best product for my needs. They don't just push the most expensive product that will give them the biggest profit. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

Trademark Roofing was an excellent choice for my roofing needs. They were professional, fast, and affordable! I highly recommend and them!

I had called 3 roofing companies; however, Trademark Roofing was the only one to follow up. Trademark Roofing replaced our roof. The contractors showed up before time and discarded the debris immediately. Nancy was professional and responsive. The roof looks amazing and matches our home to perfection.

Eric and Robert did a great job on fixing a damaged soffit, fascia boards, and a couple of roof leaks. They know their craft. They did a great job in matching the paint; the repair blends in seamlessly with the original material. I appreciate that they did not try to upsell me on getting a completely new roof; in Robert's judgment the roof as a whole still had some life on it.
They fixed the area around the pipe boots to stop the leaks. They also worked around some difficult winter weather in order to complete this job, and were able to complete the work within a week of signing the contract. So honest, professional, timely - I can't ask for anything more.

Trademark roofing is the best !!! Called Eric after discovering a water leak in roof by dryer vent . He came out to house in a few hours , went to get supplies and fixed issue . Very efficient , professional , reasonable , and high quality and standard of work . I will use this company for any further repairs , roof issues … and highly recommend this company . I can’t thank him enough …

Trademark was very responsive and professional when I called to help identify where water was coming into my closet. From Nancy’s follow-up, to Robert’s quick identification of the issue, this was a great reminder why they are the first company I call when I have roof / leak issues.
