They are scammers, They reached out to me via SMS with an offer $450 that they can fix my Trademark issue, I thought it is legit, I paid and nothing was done, from 6th of Feb to 12th of Aug, no work was done, I requested them to update my email address, they are keep saying it is updated but email address was never update. Now they are saying that I need to pay $650 for new application of Brand registery. I am not going to pay anything to them.

Aaron called and texted, stating that someone had contacted them to obtain a trademark that I had recently applied for, stating that I should work with them to get the trademark approved by the USPTO - some sort of fake pressure tactic.

I receive these types of unsolicited scam texts and emails all of the time and can spot the fraud a mile away - luckily, I did not lose any money by working with them.

Sam Morgan was great, he quickly revived our abandoned trademark application.
