These people are con artists! Do Not! I say again, Do not give them any money. They are liars. This is a true statement. I have all the proof. In emails and text. In the beginning after they called me many time from my initial call, I paid $35 only which they were so excited to get to process my “Trademark Application”. They said someone else will call me to go over my mark etc. after talking with the next guy who sounds exactly like the first guy we agreed I would need to pay $1050 to the USPTO for 3 licenses. ($350 each) I reluctantly gave them this money. Something was trying to warn me. I didn’t listen because I figured I was protected by my credit card company. I used to work for the bank and I sell credit card processing. They said it might take a couple of weeks to get application number and several months for USPTO to review, this seemed accurate. I discovered later that everyone uses the same USPTO system to process applications and everyone receives an application number as soon as they submit their application (same day). They contacted me via email in 2 to 3 weeks explaining that the USPTO has looked at my case ALREADY and they are saying there is a problem and I need to respond right away with a lawyer. (Lie) ONLY a lawyer can respond. (Lie). They said I could use one of their lawyers or I could get my own lawyer and then they would not help me anymore. I asked how much their lawyer was and they said they would get back to me with price. Some one called me back and gave me 2 or 3 different options up to $1800 for the most expensive option. I said I would think about it and they said I only have 48 hours to respond to the USPTO and to let them know soon. (Lie) I listened to this and thought that’s not right then proceeded to do my own investigating. I asked them to give me my application number since they said they already submitted the app and someone has already looked at my case. Google AI also confirmed that this was impossible. At the minimum it takes 6 to 8 months for anyone to look at your application. They said they don’t have it yet because it takes them longer to get it because of their process. I asked them to give me proof it was submitted and they sent me a FAKE image of the USPTO site with my image and some basic info trying to look like they submitted it to the USPTO. I have the image still. No application number. How can I check on my application without an application number? I can’t! They also sent me a FAKE 3 page document saying there was a problem with the image possibly infringing on other images. (Lie) this document is also supposed to be from the USPTO. So they are making fake government documents.
I told them if they can not produce an application number to give my money back. They were just trying to get more money from me with this lawyer skeem and if I would have paid them that then there would be another problem down the road and never giving any proof the application was actually submitted. In emails they confirmed the application was never submitted and kept trying to get me to say it was ok to now submit the application and would have a number for me by the end of the day. I said don’t do any thing since you just proved again that you are liars and return my money. They had another person call me to act like he was sorry and will fix the problem but he was lieing too. He figured he would try and tell me it was already submitted after I told them not to do anything and I continued to say he was a liar and to return my money. Finally someone emailed me and said they would do a refund last Monday. A week later I still have no refund. If they submitted to the USPTO they would never be able to give me a refund because it is not their money anymore and I would have gotten the application number! I submitted a charge back request right away the same day I discovered their lies because I knew they would not want to return the money. You guys can contact me for proof if you like. This is an untrust worthy business/scam. The FBI should look into this business since they are creating fake government documents and forms. Edit. I did finally get my money returned after I sent all emails and images to my bank for a Chargeback request and my bank threatened to return the money to me themselves if they did not do it by Sept 2nd or 3rd.

High-pressure sales tactics, constsnt sfter hours messages, bad additutes from sales staff....total pressure to BUY, BUY, BUY....No respect for customers and they dont give a damn about negative reviews..

Trademark Tango , if course it's very hard to trust nowadays but I will and have put all my trust in Kenneth and the crew , they put all my worries to rest , what a experienced and knowledgeable group of people the in's and out's they know about the USPTO is amazing, I would recommend this company to anyone , a huge thank you to Kenneth and this company .
