Beware!! Please do not fall for these fake USPTO companies. Very very smart thieves. Don’t take my word for it read about Abtach ltd. And USPTO website list of fraudulent companies. The USPTO even sent notice to google for promoting these fake official looking website to scam people. This internationally organized scammers with local U.S agents. They will go the length of identity fraud, fabricate fake email communications to banks. Hell even their listed address doesn’t show any actual location. I am a very difficult person to scam, but man they got me. I am ashamed of myself for falling for these after dodging millions of scams. If you have been cheated by this company don’t sit back and lose your money. Report them FTC via USPTO website and send letter to google for allowing such scam ads.

These people are quite smart scammers, I am actually impressed. They answer phone calls, they answer emails, and they have a street address on their website. They also had enough knowledge of the trademark and copyright filing process. They sent me some form to fill up about my business and product. They also advised about the product category to use for filing. I checked online and it was correct category. Throughout the entire filing process, I did/could not suspect their intentions. Finally, my experience was that they took about $500 and told me to wait for a few months to receive filing ID as the whole process will take 12-18 months. When I got suspicious after a few months, I called USPTO office and they told me that filing ID is received right away on their online form and there was no filing done for my trademark and copyright certificate whatsoever.
