After purchasing a transit van a month ago, ive been waiting for my full service history as i was asusred it had, turns out it didnt after chanllanging them ive recived nothing but harassment and abuse. (see owners comments about my company) MORE ABUSE FROM Anton, after purchasing a van a month ago. All i wanted was my service history and now just reciving abuse. what sort of customer services is this.

You clearly think this is funny, but the true is im a customer who purchase a van from TMG that claimed to have full service history when challenge regarding that there is no service history, this is the result and the behaviour and how you treat customers when all i wanted was what i paid for. You have slandered my other companies that are not related. Totally unprofessional and clearly enjoying this. If anyone is thinking for dealing with TMG Van Specialist look how Anton Yousif (the owner treats his customers.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED. sold me a van with full services history only to find out it has 1 service. The owner is very unprofessional calling me a prick! great customer service TMG.

The van was exactly as how described very happy with the sale and after care also 6 month RAC warranty included would highly recommend MHG if your looking for a ford or VW van that stands out from the rest

Went on Monday evening and asked to speak to Anton to give me a price to paint a jacking point cover, Anton asked me how I found the company and told him followed him on social media for ages and watch all builds him and his team do!! Anton said the paint job is on the house.

Excellent customer service from first point of contact with Jonny. Travelled to TMG after reading many favourable reviews and I was not disappointed. Steve did a superb job carpet lining my new Caddy van, transforming the look of the interior and making the van so much quieter to drive. Love the LED spotlights too. Well worth the money. No hesitation in recommending TMG and I would happily go back there for further work.

I bought my van from TMG about a year ago and the whole process was so smooth and informative, discussing what my needs and wants were and then presenting portions around that. It's been nearly a year and I'm still receiving the highest level of aftercare, from help problem solving issues beyond their control and outside of the warranty, to advice for how to achieve what I want and how to do it. The level of care and speed of replies has been beyond any other company I've purchased from.

These guys care about what they do and have built a strong community around those values.

This is the second van purchased in a month, each time the same curtesy and professionalism, was shown. The deals are great, and the vehicles as specified. If you need a van go and see Wayne, he will sort it all out!

jonny was superb from start to finish, the quality of the vehicles at tmg is second to none. it’s nice to see a group of lads who genuinely enjoy what they do, and the finished product is proof of that. see you soon for another van.

Bought a Ford Transit Custom off these boys and it looks fantastic,Jonny the salesman was great went through everything from looking round the van to getting all the paperwork sorted ready to drive it away.Great customer service,highly recommend you take a look at there vans.

I recently took part in a competition with this company, who specialise in bespoke VW Caddy vans, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Anton and the rest of the team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

The entire setup is incredibly professional and really gives you confidence in what they do. I ended up taking the cash alternative due to family commitments, and there was no messing about at all , the payment was made instantly on arrival .

I’ll definitely be returning custom and will be recommending this business to all my friends and family. Hopefully I’m lucky enough to get another big win in the future, but even if not, this will be the first place I go when I’m ready to get a Caddy van.
