Regarding your order TMUT48195 which has encountered a delay via Australia Post, Standard Post. I can see that your order was successfully delivered within our time-frames - which was highlighted and active on the website - stating delays in processing orders due to high volume post Black Friday Sale.
Currently we are receiving a high volume of Australia Post Standard Post delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Australia Post processing facilities have been greatly affected by temporary closures, in addition they has been fewer available transporting vessels and vehicles causing major back log. Many domestic and international routes are currently suspended and remaining routes have fewer frequencies.
If you can appreciate, we are a small local Australian company trying to make a BIG IMPACT in the mental health space, our social impact work wear are awesome conversation starters about mental health - we truly appreciate all your support. Currently on our FAQ we do stipulate extended processing of additional 3-5 business days..
I'm sorry you have experienced this however this was completely out of our control.
