Pagué la versión que me cuesta 3.95 dólares, me descontó el dinero de la cuenta y sigue generando cobros automáticos a la tarjeta, y creí que no se había hecho efectivo el pago, entonces volví a pagar y nuevamente se generó otro cobro automático. Pero es muy molesto ya que siguen cobrando un pago que ya hice. por favor considerar el pago de solo 3,95 dólares y reponerme el pago del segundo depósito que realice.
se realizaron 2 pagos. Solicito el reembolso del segundo pago.
estaré muy agradecido por el soporte.

Lamento cualquier inconveniente que pueda haber causado. He revisado desde nuestro lado, y solo parece haber un pago recibido de su parte por nuestro plan de suscripción sin anuncios.
No hay otros pagos asociados con su correo electrónico, y he verificado las horas de los pagos en su captura de pantalla con los pagos en nuestro sistema. Hubo un pago realizado a las 17:27 UTC (12:28 PM en su hora), pero no recibimos otros pagos a las 17:31 UTC o alrededor de esa hora (12:31 PM en su hora).
En el panel de control de Traders Casa, ¿podría por favor ir a "Settings"--> "Billing" --> "Manage On Stripe" en Stripe, y luego tomar una captura de pantalla de todos los pagos/facturas hechos desde su cuenta y enviarme aquí?
Sé que esto puede ser frustrante, pero nos tomamos esto muy en serio y nos aseguramos de que todos los detalles sean correctos. También estamos dispuestos a ofrecerle un reembolso por su único pago de $3.95, pero esto cancelaría su suscripción con nosotros.

Pagué la versión premium, me descontó el dinero de la cuenta y sigue generando cobros automáticos a la tarjeta, lo bueno es que no tengo saldo (Ya que se pone y quita de forma manual) Pero es muy molesto ya que siguen cobrando un pago que ya hice y no puedo poner dinero en la tarjeta por miedo a que me lo quiten.... Intenté comunicarme a atención al cliente pero la página web no tiene... Alguien sabe cómo me puedo comunicar con ellos? Tengo el comprobante de pago!!

Great backtesting , I’ve been using it since they’re were no ads but sadly ads are intrusive now and you can’t go 10 minutes without ads, and also they blurred out they’re dashboard but I understand that running a platform like this use cheap, overall great platform really helped me understand what I lacked in trading and for that I’ll give them 5 stars , thanks

This is the Best software so far to backtest
Candles Print out like there are live, my only issue is the too much ads on the free version.
Plus they don't have DXY in the list of Symbols you can trade.

not saving progress
the website is good won't lie until these ads stated popping up. but the main issue I am having is that I don t know if it is bug but anytime I want to save my progress it won't work. and it is always taking me additional time to start drawing what I have done previously please you guys should work on these thanks.

Shi platform , The open position tool doesnt work properly and on top of that changing timeframe doesnt work i tried changing from 15 to 1 min and its still showing 15 refreshed quite a few times (if u think its a problem of my internet no its not my internet is fast asf)

However, chart data is cached when the session loads, meaning that when you switch timeframes the data loads instantly.
Everything from our end is operational and working as it should, and we have not been able to replicate this bug.

I have used Traders Casa for the last 5…
I have used Traders Casa for the last 5 months without issues, even recommended to my friends but then they brought the ADS! Why oh why not put the ads at the bottom of the screen, why not make it shorter, why cover the entire screen???
I really understand the need for said ads but they are destroying the experience for everyone and will eventually drive people to look for alternatives. Hope Traders Casa can sort this out...

I understand the fustration. Prior to adding the ads to our software, we tested a group of 500 users for 2 weeks prior. Ads on the side, out the way, were simply ignored and were not clicked. This meant it was still unsustainable to keep the app free. Ads in the middle of the screen are annoying, but it drives clicks which just about covers the costs now.
It would be a lot easier for us to make everything paid for, but our mission was to give an opportunity to everyone. Even still, we made sure to keep our ad-free version as low as we could which is still a fraction of the cost of any other backtesting platform.
We do hope to make the duration shorter in the next couple of weeks as things are settling out a little.

Ads literally play every 2 minutes. So much for being called the best.
Your software sucks and it's Terrible, if you weren't planning of making free, why lie to us, only to push people to buy pro

I agree, the ads are intrusive. We're not denying that. From December of 2023, up until August 2024, the app ran completely for free with no ads. Our true goal with this app was to make backtesting accessible for everyone, but software does unfortunately come with some very hefty costs.
It was easy to sustain the platform when we had 10,000 users. But everything grew exponentially and when we hit around 50,000 users costs were too high to keep the platform alive. We had 3 options:
1) Shutdown
2) Make it paid only
3) Introduce Ads
Any option we chose would disappoint people, we completely understood that. We went with option 3, and we also made sure to keep the Ad-Free version very reasonably priced for what it is.
As for the ads appearing often, and being unskippable, it drives clicks on the ads, which just about covers the costs for all of our users. If we were completely profit driven, we would just make everything paid for.
It disheartens me to read reviews like this, because it was never our initial intention.

Would be a very good opponent to FxReplay, for its great pricing, for the value it gets you, but since I have to redraw my technical analysis and set up volume indicator from scratch everytime I end the backtesting, I probably will not continue subscribing this platform for more than 2 other months for this reason.

Lamentablemente, como toda promesa, siempre acaba decepcionando al usuario. He estado usando la plataforma y todo era normal, hasta hoy que empezaron a mostrarme anuncios en plena sesión. Vivo en Argentina y me resulta imposible pagar. por eso estaba feliz de que sacaran una version asi, con limitaciones, pero muy util. No creo que lo siga usando. Lo había recomendado porque dice: Backtesting gratuito.
Para siempre.
Pero no. El incentivo para pagar con los molestos anuncios es demasiado.

Lamento que estés decepcionado, yo también lo estaría. En verdad, todo se redujo al hecho de que hace 2 semanas casi tuvimos que cerrar. El software conlleva grandes gastos y, al ritmo de crecimiento que teníamos, no podríamos mantenerlo. Mencionamos y explicamos esto en nuestro servidor de Discord, y la mayoría dijo que se pagara el software por una pequeña tarifa.
Realmente nos enfrentamos a 3 opciones:
a) Cerrar la plataforma
b) Hazlo solo pagado
c) Introducir anuncios
La única opción aquí que parece razonable y mantiene nuestra misión de hacer que el Backtesting sea accesible para todos fue la opción 3, pero cualquiera que sea la opción que elegimos, sabíamos que decepcionaría a la gente.
Nos hemos asegurado de fijar el precio de la versión sin publicidad a un precio muy razonable para el software (~Para ser claros, la suscripción Pro y la suscripción sin publicidad son independientes).
Sin embargo, lo entiendo, ¡gracias por estar aquí con nosotros en nuestro viaje de todos modos!

It's good but just too many ads and they are long aswell, maybe make ads on the bottom of the screen so you can keep trading while there are ads because this costs a lot of time and really makes you lose your focus on the backtest

Ads, Lots of ads. Ads after ads. aug 12, 2024-> used for 10 min, 3 non-skippable ads each of 30 seconds.
And, if replay mode is on, you're on next day or next week because of ads.
"Either be an astrologer and pause the replay before ads, else you miss few trading session. Who cares?" -> Tradercasa team

I use no indicator but as a multi-time frame trader, I have lots of drawings on Monthly, Weekly, Daily, 4H, M15 and M5. It's helps me understand market better.
But look, you cannot save layout most of the time (almost 90% of the time). So, why on earth are you guys providing the option of save layout if you don't want us to save.
Conclusion:
"Typical app that has huge user base now and wants to capitalize on that by irritating and forcing traders pay for that."
Nothing wrong with that but had we had the money, we'd go for tradingview not tradercasa.
So, if you're looking for good replaying website, go for another one. It was the best but not anymore.

Thank you for your feedback, we do take it greatly into consideration. I am very sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with our application, and I do understand Ads can be quite annoying.
After nearly shutting down last month because the platform was unsustainable, we have had no choice but to introduce ads to keep the platform alive.
We have made sure that the price of the Ad-Free version is very reasonable, given that we support over 20+ years of one minute data, across almost 40 different pairs, for all users.
As for the playback issue, we are releasing a fix today which stops the playback when an ad shows up.
As for the Save layout, we do have a limit on how much you can save, since we again this is a free platform and do not have unlimited storage. However, as of 2 weeks ago, we increased this limit by 2.5x, giving users a much larger amount to save. We will be increasing this limit once again shortly by 2x, but for now we reccomend deleting older drawings.
We still stand by our mission to make backtesting available to everyone, but unfortunately, expenses do not pay themselves and we do have to display ads.
