Customer service is just not good enough. I've had issues with the system pulling through my trades incorrectly - sometimes it adds a USD/GBP conversion on and other times it doesn't & there's no way for me to fix it at my end. I've raised it with them and they keep telling me the "dev team" are looking into it. It's been going on for 7 months. When I chased them again recently, they said the person who my case was assigned to had left and it hadn't been reassigned. Today, I'm now getting more issues with the system randomly reducing the size by 10x on some of the trades on the CVS file, others get pulled through correctly. Who knows how long before that one gets resolved.

The system itself is fine (when it works) and the interface is friendly - but they're obviously one of these companies where "it's good until it's not" kind of thing.

I wouldn't recommend - you want to ensure the platform that you upload your data too has 10/10 customer service and can resolve issues promptly. I've been with them for years now and I'd lose 3 years worth of data if I change to someone else.

No real apology / refund / discount for the huge time inconvenience it causes you and you're the one always doing the chasing.

There is a lot of bugs in the system for something that has ben around for a long time. When you contact support they reply to say they are working on it, and then weeks pass and still nothing is done. its very annoying to be honest and before i gave them the benefit of the doubt but now i see why everyone is choosing other companies. I have been using them also for a few months, and its been constant issues.

Great copytrading tool, never had any issues with trades being miscopied just good execution.

The app looks nice but it's super complex with a rather poor UX. Linking my account via API didn't work and I encountered bugs along the way. While support tries to help they're not the most knowledgable themselves - cancelled subscription.

The basic journal works well. But many premium and elite features are simply unusable. Replay is so buggy no reasonable developer would have released it. The customer service is good for basic questions but not much help when it comes to advanced features. They make you do a lot of work only to confess later the feature is still being developed.

Not worth the time. I'd test all features that you need from your journal during trial before committing to a full year and not take their word for it.

I would not be able to recommend it at this time.

I’m really impressed with this platform. It’s intuitive, the customer service is top-notch, and importing my Tradovate data for Nasdaq futures trading is effortless. Even the color scheme is clean and easy on the eyes!

I originally left a negative review because TraderSync could not process ITM option expirations from IBKR correctly, even though the correct intrinsic settlement values were present in the IBKR Flex Query. Other platforms (like TradesViz) imported the same Flex file without any problem, but TraderSync was reading the wrong field, which caused profitable ITM expirations to appear as full losses.

At first support told me there was nothing they could do, and that no other users had reported the problem. Because of that, it seemed like the issue would not be addressed.

However, after further discussion, their development team revisited the issue and implemented a fix. TraderSync now correctly recognizes expired ITM options from IBKR and uses the correct intrinsic settlement value in the PnL calculation. I tested it myself and it works as it should.

Credit to the developer for resolving it. The system now behaves correctly for ITM expirations coming from IBKR.

I think the website is very nice, but you can't use their software if you're serious about trading. My account had generated a nice profit, while my second account remained in the red. I asked the same question, though. I hear Replikanto doesn't have these problems. I'm happy to pay a lot of money for good software, but unfortunately, this is very poor. I suspect there are too many delays, since they work with a cloud.

I have been very happy with the customer service so far. The platform has been very useful for me. Tradersync has helped me to improve my trading. I have only been using it for 1 week, but so far I am happy.

In a world of technology and finance one thing about TraderSync stands out and that is their availability and willingness to help. I started with TraderSync as a new trader in 2021 with barely knowing what a journal was for and they were always quick to respond to question in chat or email. Now it's summer of 2025 and I just had an online chat question that was answered in less than 3 minutes by a human not some random AI generated response. After having used several journaling apps for comparison along the way as I have learned to trade TraderSync is my go to tool.

Great tool for learning everything there is to know!

I tried many trading journals already, but recently switched to Tradersync. It is just the most versatile and easy to use one, very beautifully designed. It gives you the option to keep your dashboard simple - or if you want analyse very deeply. The auto sync for so many brokers is an additional benefit. For me clearly the best trader journal on the market.

Very quick response and was able to resolve a payment issue in a positive manner. Very helpful whenever I've used the chat option.

Responsive customer service - agents with good knowledge would communicate with me and help to answer questions, even add functions that I needed.

Legit trade tracking functions that allow you to journalize all trades with replays and notes.

Also, an easy-to-use design.
