Tricked and charged subscription

I have been watching Felix and Friends YouTube videos, and attended his free weekend workshop. He says many things that I already understand, as an economist, x-banker myself. So I have enjoyed the free content.
Somehow they got my bank info and charged me $192, without cause. I keep receiving marketing emails, but have never used or logged into Tradevision. I've searched my email for any kind of welcome email or new account information, and there is nothing.
I even had a phone conversation with one of their team, who tried to sell me on their coaching. I told him I didn't want it and hadn't used the website and didn't want any subscription to their site. He told me that the emails I'd been receiving were marketing and that I didn't have an obligation for anything.
I'm very disappointed in the lack of transparency and feel like they have tricked me into some kind of subscription. I want a refund!

User friendly & easy to navigate.

I love Tradevision's user interface for charting. Very user friendly and easy to manipulate. The screen refresh rate when switching between stocks seems a little slow compared to Finviz or Stockcharts but not by much. Occasionally it won't display a stock's chart at all but that is fairly rare.

Great Platform!

Although I’m an absolute beginner at trading, I’ve seen enough within Tradevision to know it will become one of my primary go-to tools. This powerful platform will help me with watchlists, key indicators, important news updates on different sectors and stocks, and its heat maps, breakout features, and AI Lab I have no doubt will become critical components of my trading plan moving forward. Took me a while to appreciate this.

Few months ago, I got free trial for a month. To be honest, it went over my head. Recently, I was reviewing my strategy and I remembered dark pool functionality. So I bought a subscription. Stock screeners and AI feature with clearly labelled breakouts and trends are very handy. I’ve been using it more often these days. Its great when I need to quickly find out what’s going on in the market.

Many tools, AI interactive, pre-Market quotes

Tradevision is what the name promises: a very broad vision on the market with the tools to fulfill your trading. There are many features inside, so different people may appreciate different tools.
Personally, I find extremely useful the post- and pre-market indicators, gives me an idea (better focused that the mere indexes) on the movements of every stock and how to prepare for the opening.
The watchlists are infinite, way better that the limited ones (maybe 20 or 25) you usually find (even with your broker): 'portfolio', 'to buy', 'indexes' and 'ex' (for me, at least), and you cover just about everything you need. This way the watchlists are always open, and you can customize the screen as you like.
You can also look at the sectors and industries as boxes and understand at first glance where the money is moving to on that day.
The charts are detailed and great to look at, and come with a lot of info: earnings date, the Moving Averages, the RSI, the measure of % up and down, you can move the graphics to your preference. Plus, there's a section of the basic news for each stock.
For the experts there's a 'dark pool' where you can trace the money going into every stock, both bullish and bearish.
There are alerts of all kinds you can set up, and recently was introduced an AI Lab feature that lets you roam through the market and search the stocks you're interested in with all their data.
In extent a very very useful tool to be aware of about everything there is to know. All in one place. Worth the subscription 100%.

You've walked through the platform exactly as it was designed to be experienced: starting with the pre- and post-market indicators to prepare before the open, building out infinite watchlists that actually reflect how a real portfolio thinks (not the arbitrary 20-stock limits most brokers impose), reading sector and industry heat maps to track money flow in real time, then diving into charts, dark pool data, and the AI Lab for deeper analysis. That's the full stack, and the fact that it's all in one place is the whole point.

The pre-market feature is one that gets underappreciated. Having granular stock-level data before the bell rings, rather than just watching index futures, genuinely changes how you approach the open. Really glad that one is landing for you.

And the AI Lab is still early, there's a lot more coming on that front. Stay tuned.

Illuminating !

Someone said recently that investing can be like walking around in a dark room trying not to bump into things .
TradeVision is like switching the light on !
You get a clear overview of market sectors , watchlists and tools to take the fear out of the unknown - it’s leading you through an established process of sound investing by virtue of both its simplicity and is sophistication . Whether you’re an experienced investor or someone like me who wants a more structured approach as a beginner - this platform is a must !
Great to use on the laptop as well has the app .

You've captured exactly what the platform is designed to do: take the fear and confusion out of markets by giving investors a clear, structured view of what's actually happening, sector by sector, stock by stock, without needing to already know where to look. The watchlists, the heat maps, the sector overview, they exist precisely to replace that feeling of walking around in the dark.

And you've nailed the balance we always aim for: simple enough that a beginner can orient themselves immediately, sophisticated enough that an experienced investor finds genuine depth. Getting both right is harder than it sounds.
Really glad it's working well on both laptop and the app, that cross-device experience matters a lot when markets move fast.

Tradevision is a wonderful tool

Tradevision consistently gets breaking news out faster than the competition, and generally with much more detailed information- instantly- than those who hide information behind a paywall. I have noticed Robinhood et.al. trying to imitate Tradevisions features, like Advanced Charts and Notifications, but there is no other platform that I know of which has the Support and Resistance feature that the good folks at Tradevision put together. I appreciate the Daily Movers email with Bullish and Bearish charts. I think I am only scratching the surface, as I use Tradevision mostly on my phone, but feel it is easier to navigate to some features on a desktop. It is quite possible that the nimble folks at Robinhood etc. catch up to Tradevision in the future, but right now they are distinctly in chase mode. Some might take exception to the fact that Tradevision is a research tool and not a brokerage app, but there is something to be said for researching on an app that does not aid you to make snap decisions with your money. Overall, very satisfied and find it well-worth the money.

The Support and Resistance feature is something the team is particularly proud of - it's one of those tools that looks simple on the surface but has a lot of engineering behind it, and you're right that it's not something you'll find replicated elsewhere right now.

Your point about TradeVision being a research platform rather than a brokerage app is actually one of the most underrated things about it. Removing the "buy now" button from the research environment is by design, it creates the space to think clearly rather than react emotionally. That separation matters more than most people realize.

Tradevision is not only a platform, but a full team you work with

Tradevision.io is THE financial web platform to monitor the market. The platform serves purely as a powerful tool to track and observe the market for investors or traders, not as financial advisory or influencing. Plenty of features (specially cool the new AI feature), highly customisable and very strongly connected with external sources. Say you want to follow closely a particular set of stocks, just create your designed dashboard with any type of chart that you like, real time news and notifications related to your stock(s), and set all types of alerts your mind can come up with. Also possible to connect the platform to your trading platform though only on direct data import.
More important, TradeVision team hosts a weekly training session, which covers not only walkthroughs on platform’s features, but also real use cases and how to interpret TradeVision’s indicators to support your analysis. Brett, the host, is very clear and very open to our questions and eager to answer them all.
Ultimately I didn’t just subscribed to a trading platform, but instead opted for a team to work with, TradeVision’s team. Very happy with my choice.

"TradeVision" is a better view

Having a rulebook for the win!

Tradevision is a useful tool. The team is developing and adding features that our community asks for. It’s easy to ask for new features within the app. The product keeps getting better. I am very happy with my subscription. The insight into dark pools trades is something I cannot get anywhere else. With what I have learned in the GOAT Academy, this is a great complimentary tool to utilize.

I use TradeVision on my laptop daily...

I use TradeVision on my laptop daily to create and track my tickers and watchlists. The drawing tools are enough for my needs, as I try to keep things very basic and simple, and avoid cluttering my screen. I like the indicators. Again I only use the basics at this point in my trading "career". The indicators do have a habit of changing size upon occasion, reducing the available size of the Chart, but I am assured the Team is fixing this bug. I am not a fan of the charts on my phone app. I think the available screen real estate is not being used well. I do however really like the news updates I get on my phone from the tickers saved in my Watchlists. The Team have responded well to my suggestions and my requests for help. So I have no complaints about the Customer Care Denys and Nestor provide. I like the heat maps feature and the TrendsAI feature, particularly the Breakout feature. I am still learning about the AI Lab and the Dark Pool features. Overall I think it's a great product, and Felix Winston and the Team appear to be working to improve TradeVision and make it into an exceptionally useful tool. Thank you. Nik.

Really glad the TrendsAI Breakout feature and the heat maps are landing for you. The AI Lab and Dark Pool tools have a bit of a learning curve but once they click, most users tell us they can't imagine trading without them, so stick with it.

You're right to flag the mobile chart layout. That's on the roadmap and the team is actively working on making better use of screen real estate on the phone app. The indicator resize bug has also been flagged and is being addressed, sorry you've run into that.

Horrible customer service only seem to want to take your money

Horrible customer service
I cancelled my subscription and they accused me of not doing it , have screen shots of conversation with nester and then Denys who confirmed it was there mistake , repeated emails to ask when my mere 19.99 credit would be refunded
No answers , I think they are pros in blocking reviews , really have no understanding how Felix prehn is involved is such an unprofessional operation
I like Felix and his Chanel
I hope others come forward and all reviews come to light but do not suscribe to this service , there are better ones.
