Tradock is a complete farce. Today I spilled juice all over the floor, still cleaner than their platform. Tried to withdraw funds and got locked out with zero explanation. No legitimate reason exists to use them. Every interaction screams fraud. My entire savings were at risk until Wetmore lp stepped in and resolved it within minutes. They’re the only ones who actually operate with competence. Tradock doesn’t just fail, they actively dismantle user trust. Don’t touch them. They’ll drain your account and vanish. Wetmore lp fixed what Tradock broke. That’s the only truth that matters.

My experience with Tradock was disappointing. Communication was slow, and I often had to follow up just to get basic answers. The process felt stressful and unorganized, and support did not meet expectations. Overall, I’m not satisfied with the service

Total Loss of Trust
Everything appeared to be OK after the money was deposited. After I attempted to withdraw, I had trouble getting my money back, and they became unreliable.

I looked for outside help after noticing a lot of concerns online. Coin-Diligence confirmed that the platform Tradock was at fault and a Sham, and helped trace the transaction and recovery.

They approached the recovery of my account in a very methodical manner. They made sure my money was released and resolved the "security" issue.

A terrible experience was transformed into a wonderful one by their professionalism.

Am impressed with the dedication of my trader and the effort he puts into my portfolio.

Impossible to withdraw funds. It’s a scam. They allow a withdrawal to show how easy it is and then when you want to withdraw request money as per terms and conditions which there are none. Not contactable by any means on website.

All seemed ok until I requested a withdrawal then I was told taxes had to be paid in advance which isn’t true.My refusal led to no withdrawal.This company is operating fraudulently do not believe anything they say or the alleged trading platform which is also a fiction

So I made some investment here to assist with my elderly aunt who is like a mother to me since my mom passed. It was solely to assist with her mortgage protection but unfortunately I could not because by the time I was due to withdraw I could not as tradock was fabricating trades that I never made just to cover their tracks from owning up to the disappearance of my investment. Support did not do anything to help and I was literally on my own. Reporting to the authorities did nothing for me. What saved the situation was the timely input of experts from hbpf holdings which I was privy to. Getting everything returned to my own account was a breath of fresh air because otherwise I would have been so let down. I strongly advice against getting involved with this broker and anything associated with them

Don't fall for their lies

This company is a scam and is not regulated by any financial regulators. Please stay away if they contact you. You do not need to pay Tax to withdraw investments. I have just had a family friend lose a large amount of life savings. They will not return your money.
