The items didn't arrive on time for what I had paid for, not a disaster just disappointed.
Well packaged items however.
Easy to set up the item but the spikes into the ground really not substantial or robust enough. We had the guy ropes nice and tight but eventually the two end sheets blew down the central pair surprisingly stayed up pretty much.

Broken pole, impossible for trail to comprehend.
I broke a pole on my first trip, asked trail if they can supply a new one and what cost, so far we are 10 emails deep, trail insisting on photos and videos of the pole so they can conduct investigations, investigate what? I need a new pole because I broke one, tell me how much and put it on the post, the level of stupidity we are at now with this is quite frankly laughable. I will get a new pole elsewhere and I will be reluctant to use trail again.

Delivery options very vague!
Trail clearly need to review and update their delivery options - they must be losing lots of business. In our rural postcode, most people will no longer use the cheap couriers as the likelihood of a successful delivery are almost nil (really). We now all routinely check the delivery options and simply shop elsewhere (and often pay more) if it isn't one we can trust. This must be the same for 1000s of other people now - and many sellers seem to be waking up (with more and clearer options offered).
I went through this process before placing an order with Trail (checked the details and then sent an online message). The outcome was basically "we can't tell you, the warehouse decide, even if you pay for Express". I think that is code for it will be Evri but we don't want to admit it (check the 1 star reviews - there is a bit of a theme!). With no opportunity to select any particular courier, there will be no order coming your way. Disappointing!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that our delivery options did not provide the clarity you were looking for when considering placing an order.
As advised by our Customer Service team, courier allocation is determined by our warehouse and unfortunately we’re unable to guarantee or offer a choice of courier. We appreciate your comments regarding the information available at the point of purchase and will ensure your feedback is passed on to the relevant team for consideration.
