Katie was fantastic - she was able to book me for the exam the same day.

Very interactive course and in detail course handbook which is needed as well as the course.
The download for the exam was a little tricky as it needed to be more explicit. ie:when it stated share your screen it would be helpful to state click on the image to share your screen.
Apart from that an easy process.

Enrolled in the Personal License Course which was easy to learn, fast and gives you exactly the info you need to then pass the exam. Thank you!!!

I am happy I found this company to do my training for a personal licence. Great value for the money, straightforward lessons. It was easy to study and they have amazing customer service! Everyone was very polite and helpful over the phone. The test was easy to book and I did it remotely with proctor exam. Overall a good experience, it took them 2 working days to submit my results to train2train and then I received my original certificate on the next day! I would recommend to anyone who is looking to obtain a personal licence.

Edit: Becky called me the day after I left the review. She was very polite and appreciative of feedback.

Some things she explained were an issue on Musgrave's end and she would pass it on to avoid the same thing happening in the future.

Took a course through my work and the communication on the train2train side was terrible. I got a bunch of the same emails over and over again and all it said was the time and day of each training session. I never responded to them because they never requested any information from me in the emails. Then someone from train2train called my work and said I needed to send them my address, DOB...etc. but never said why. I sent it anyway.

Few days later I got a big box of training materials. I didn't know they were sending them. What if I didn't get them and didn't know until the course started I needed them?

Well day one of the course some candidates didn't have their training materials and by day 4 two weeks later they still didn't have them and got sent a digital copy the day before the presentations had to be done. Ridiculous.

We did the exam and were told that we would get results the same day. It's 2 days later now and we still haven't got them.

They used a website called the vault. When the course started I was told we had to do some assignments on there but I didn't even know what it was. The woman from train2train said she would send me my login info again. I never got it in the first place. There was precourse work I should have done before the course started and I didn't even know about it. I searched my inbox and I never got anything about it until I asked her to send it. So she didn't send it "again".

The course itself was good and the trainer was great, but she wasn't from train2train.

An easy to deal with company - helpful at every stage of the process.

Course well laid out, easy to understand and interactive to keep it interesting.

Slight problems getting set up for the exam as I do not have a smartphone - perhaps consideration should be given to working round this for those like me who do not have a smartphone - but otherwise would recommend.

Great company, have been really helpful throughout the process. friendly, quick and efficient service.

Everything about the course was efficient and dealt with professionally and quickly. The course itself was well written and clear. The only hiccup was the move from passing the course to taking the exam where there wasn't a smooth transition but we got there in the end.

I had never heard of Train2Train before signing up for one of their courses. That said I cannot recommend them highly enough and will definitely go back to them in the future for any other relevant training that they offer. Their communication is above excellent - there is always somone on the end of the phone (which is always answered immediately) who is knowledgable, patient and happy to advise or help. The training course itself was easy to follow and the online exam straightforward to set up. Having passed the exam they then sent through a super helpful follow up email explaining how to go about applying for my licence, how to fill in the forms and what I needed to include with the application. All in all they have gone above and beyond what I expected from signing up to an online training resource which I originally picked because they had the most competitive price! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend - thank you Train2Train :)

The training process was easy to follow and easy to do bit by bit so that the amount of content didn’t seem overwhelming. The mini assessments throughout the training set me up well for the actual exam. The exam was easy to set up with helpful guidance sent in advance and straightforward to complete. For someone who isn’t good at exams I was worried, but the training beforehand prepared me well and i passed!

I wasn't aware of Train2Train until I did this course. They were chose by my employer and they enrolled me. I must say that the process was very smooth and I was supported at every step of the process. The assessment process is quite complex but there was sufficient information provided to navigate the set up with ease. I got 90%, which for a 50 year old who hasn't done anything like that for a very long time I was very pleased!

As a more senior person I was a little apprehensive about taking exams at my age but with the fantastic support and communication from Trai2Train I passed with flying colours. Even the last minute panic with my camera setup for the exam I was talked through each stage just in time thanks to the amazing patience of Jasper Gray.
