We have been using Train4Academy for online health and safety and fire awareness training for a number of years. I have always found the staff very easy to contact either by email or over the phone, and they are very prompt at dealing with requests and answering any questions.

Our staff appreciate being able to complete the training at their desk at a time that suits them, being able to dip in and out as and when they are able to. This way of learning really suits us in a busy office environment, and saves groups of people being away from their desks at one time to attend 'classroom' style training.

Highly recommended!

I have used Train4Academy for years to purchase all of our Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificates for our charity. We run a community kitchen and it's important that we use a course that is easy for our volunteers to use and follow. We have a range of people with mental health issues, personality disorders, learning difficulties and language barriers and it has never been a problem for anyone to use this online course. We have also asked for a Polish version which was very helpful. The course is user friendly, has lots of interaction to keep peoples attention up, is easy to understand and on the few occasions when someone has failed it has been reset so that they can try again and they will point out parts of the course that need more revision. I've spoken to the staff on the phone many times and they couldn't be more helpful, the service is very prompt, courses are set up within minutes of a minute long phone call so I never have to plan ahead, I just call them when I need a course. The management suite for keeping track of your courses is also very easy to use and the few problems I've had were talked through on the phone very easily. I couldn't rate them highly enough!

Great customer service, staff is always helpful. Great e-learning material. We've purchased Food Safety L3 and HACCP L3 e-learning courses and the feedback from the learners who used the platform was very positive.

Great staff everyone I have dealt with Alec is very helpful and always willing to help even gives me trial courses to make sure I don't buy content that is not for my needs and also stopped me buying courses and showed me cheaper equivalent ones that are fit for purpose.

The contents are great, precised. My only worry is the acceptability of the Certificate. In terms of content, it was well covered.
