I have wanted a program like this SINCE I started my insurance career, pre covid. Not only do the account managers always have something good to say about your progress (no matter where you think you're at in your skill set), they take the time and will find some way to help you out even if it is not necessarily in their scope of work. Shoutout David for being such an asset! Garrett and Darrin are incredible with their classes and recommendations!! And shoutout George for making something so beneficial!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is insurance..... Then there is insurance with Trainwell training! Just saying.

George is overly focused on money. All he talks about is commissions. He needs to learn that there is more to life than money. While it is important to make money to live, I do this job to help people. That should be the entire motivation for improving your abilities in the office. His methods work, but his motivations are completely selfish.

Been in insurance for 10 years and I wish I would've had this training when I first started. Love the how we are learning to truly be financial advisors for our clients instead of just processing transactions. Really excited to see our agency results in 6 months.

This is a great course. You can take it at your own pace and is easy to understand. It really makes you sound like a smooth sales person, not a used car sales person!

During our group meeting Darrin answers all of our questions and personalizes his approach. They also provide you a lot of information that you can use on your everyday calls.

I've gone through ALOT of sales training throughout the years, and I genuinely appreciate the thoroughness and structure of how Trainwell is set up. So much juicy information that will be beneficial long term no matter the sales career.
