Contacted to transfer 3 very old VHS-C tapes for my dad's 70th. Communication was brilliant and the tapes were tuned around and back to me in less than a week, this was even with mould removal. Delighted with the service and would highly recommend.

Managed to transfer audio from badly worn/damaged late 1940s 78 rpm record my late father made whilst stationed in Germany after the war that I had come across. George did a very quick turnaround as I was passing through on a touring holiday in Scotland (too precious to trust the post with it). Very emotional hearing my father's voice again after 31 years! You can tell a good company when things go wrong how much effort they put into putting it right, and George at transfer audio did an outstanding job of rectifying and issue that went wrong and he did it straight away without any hesitation.
This is the only company that I would use to do any audio transfer related stuff for me they did an outstanding job.

Outstanding service. After finally tracking down an old cassette audiobook, I contacted Transfer Audio for advice. George was very helpful, telling me things I did not need to do. I sent the tapes and received the download link in a few days. The noise reduction was excellent - very much less hiss, but a good frequency range. I’d recommend TA for digitisation of old media without any hesitation.

I posted my cassette to Transferaudio on the Thursday and received a call to confirm receipt on the Friday and the Cassette back on the Sunday! First class communication and service and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I wanted to get an old C60 audio cassette copied across onto a pen drive. I contacted Transfer Audio on Chat and on email to discuss my situation and I found them very helpful and responsive.
I posted my cassette to them and they turned it around in good time and sent it back to me.
Beyond that, I feel that their service is very good value for money and I'd recommend them to others.
