This translation order was placed on 13/1/22, 2:45 CET. We delivered the translation by 13/01/2022, 8:11 CET, less than 6 hours after receiving it!
It seems that the email was not received by customer, and he then wrote this 1/5 recommendation on 15/1/22 21:37 and, 2 minutes after that, contacted us saying "Please, help, I paid for a translation and until today I have nothing".
Even when it was a Saturday night, we resent his translation, he received it, at 21:57, so 20 minutes after his claim.

Bad certificate
The certificate they gave me is not accepted by the Indiana BMV (DMV), I missed my appointment for my test drive for trusting this company, They still had the nerve to ask me how I wanted the certificate and they would send it back to me. If they don't know how to do the job in the first place, they better make it clear on their website.
I don't know if they will return my money to me

Good quality translation of legal documents
Translate Day provided a good quality translation of some legal documents for immigration purposes. They kept the formatting, logos etc of the original documents, which was a nice touch. Timely turnaround, and were very responsive to a couple of changes I requested. It would be helpful if the web form asked what the purpose is / if there are any specific requirements the translation and certification need to adhere to.

Very fast service
Very fast service. I needed to translate my step daughter's sole custody Spanish papers to English in order to start the adoption process. It only took 24 hours to received the PDF file. My only gripe is that the TranslateDay's emails end up in my Gmail spam folder for some reason. Otherwise, I am very happy with the fast and professional service I received.
