I payed for 2 zones monthly pass…
I payed for 2 zones monthly pass yesterday's morning. I went to Paterson station to meet someone and was coming back in about 10-15 min, and it doesn't let me in! I called customer service -- he put me on hold for another representative for a half an hour. I tapped mashine -- it demands 1,65$ more from me! and this is not first time. I am sorry, but money do not fall down from the heaven for me, i work very hard, i have damaged my back badly, working so hard, why should i always time from time pay more then arranged???!!! i was told before i did not tap, when entrance did not work and was opened, ok, i did tap today, and again the same !!!! Next day i went to the local translink office and my money was returned to me. I guess because of little sume.
BUT NOONE NEVER WILL RETURN ME MY HEALTH, DAMAGED BY STRESS IT CAUSED TO ME EVERY TIME IT HAPPENED.
I could get one more monthly pass if count all money they took from me when their gates did not work. For this purpose the Compass was created?
Ones i went to Richmond with my friends together in their car, and when i was coming back to Vancouver by skytrain i was charged extra again.
Do you really consider it is fair?
Why can not i go anywhere with my friends in their car or should bother them to drive me back, if i have payed my monthly pass?
I never had problems like that before that Compass came here. I was buying monthly pass and worker in skytrain or bus checked time from time. No gates -- no problems.
If that time some people were dishonest and did not pay, why I should pay for that now, being treated unfairly on a regular basis?
