A fuir… J'ai eu un vol qui a été annulé le 30 novembre 2025 et je suis toujours dans l'attente du remboursement de ce même vol, aujourd'hui le 9 février 2026. J'ai relancé 6-7 fois Opodo, avec constamment la même réponse : "vous recevrez des nouvelles par mail dans la semaine". Spoiler : je n'ai jamais rien reçu. Pas un mail. Pas une explication. Pas un suivi. Juste du mépris client. Déjà que l'annulation du vol entraine des dépenses supplémentaires (bagages soutes prises pour rien, prix du nouveau billet acheté en urgence bien plus cher etc…), mais en plus je n'ai pas été remboursé après 4 mois de demande. Je dois me battre des mois pour récupérer mon propre argent.. Ce n'est pas un service client c'est une parodie. Devoir courir après un remboursement pendant 4 mois, c'est inadmissible… De plus, être baladé avec des réponses toutes faites et erronées, c'est insultant. Et mépriser un client qui demande tout simplement son dû, c'est tout simplement déplorable. Ce n'est pas un oubli, c'est un manque de respect total. A ce stade, nous ne sommes plus sur de l'incompétence : c'est un scandale.

Velmi špatná zkušenost s bezdrátovým vysavačem Rockstar od Cecotec! Dostala jsem darem od přítele před Vánocemi do nového bydlení a bohužel během 10 dní přestal fungovat, po 100% nabití když baterie klesla na 87% kompletně se vypnul. Reklamovala jsem ho přímo u firmy Cecotec, to byla asi chyba, měla jsem ho reklamovat raději v Mediamarkt...vrátila jsem ho kurýrovi který si pro něj přijel a po 3 týdnech jsem dostala odpověď, že není již v záruční době! Po další reklamaci napsali že filtr je špinavý a proto se vybíjí a mohu za 60 euro si nechat vyměnit filtry nebo koupit jiný za lepší cenu!! To je neuvěřitelné! Tak jsem to odmítla, vysavač vrátili a funguje stejně špatně, i když jsou filtry umyté. Chci podotknout, že jsem ho posílala umytý a čistý a mimo jiné to neni argument, vysavač měl jen 10 dní jak hodně mohl být špinavý??? Měla jsem vysavače bezdrátové jako Rowenta nebo Bosh několik let a nic takového se nikdy nestalo. Kromě toho nemohla jsem být měsíc bez vysavače, tak jsem si musela koupit jiný menší s tím že se jistě reklamace vyřeší, opraví ho nebo mi vrátí peníze, to se bohužel nestalo a měla jsem jen problémy. Cecotec už nikdy víc!!! Drahý čínský produkt který nestojí za nic a customer servis ještě horší.

Sospetto fortemente che Bybit manipoli i prezzi: anche entrando long, quando la candela supera chiaramente il mio prezzo di ingresso, la posizione resta sempre in perdita. Ho fatto confronti con gli stessi trade su altri exchange e lì sono andato in profitto, mentre su Bybit no. Questo comportamento mi fa seriamente dubitare dell’affidabilità della piattaforma sul calcolo del P&L e sulla reale esposizione ai movimenti di mercato.

Intendo segnalare questa situazione agli organi competenti come Consob, perché chi offre strumenti finanziari così deve essere trasparente e rispettare le regole. Invito chiunque abbia riscontrato problemi simili a lasciare la propria testimonianza e a valutare con molta attenzione prima di utilizzare Bybit
