Warning: Very Disappointing Experience – Be Careful Before Booking!
I tried to book a flight from London to Dallas for the last week of December through this agency. Price showed online was around 900 pounds. I attempted to make the payment three or four times, but none of the payments went through. Each time, I received an error message saying that the payment was unsuccessful.
Just five minutes later, I received a phone call from its agent telling me that the ticket was no longer available and that they could offer me an alternative. However, they then quoted me a price of £1,200, even though the airline itself was selling tickets for around 980.
This experience left me feeling misled and very disappointed. The significant price difference and the timing of the phone call raised serious concerns for me about the agency’s booking process and business practices.
I would strongly advise other travellers to be cautious and compare prices directly with the airline before booking through this agency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company.
Please be careful and do your research before making a booking.

5-stars for effort by Sam Walter! I experienced the same issue commented on by others in that my credit card transaction failed so you have to call them, thereby learning that the price is no longer available. Is this a hook trick or a true lack of real-time availability, who can say? But it doesn't take away from Sam's effort where he tried for 3 hours all sorts of combinations to get me close to my requirements. In the end he found a solution close to the incorrect original price which was far cheaper than anything I could find online (and I am a thorough searcher).

When a credit card transaction fails or times out, it is usually because the airline's backend system is updating the live "fare bucket" at that exact millisecond. If the specific low-fare seat disappears before the payment gateway finalises, the system rejects the charge because that exact fare is no longer available to ticket.
