Travelelink Ltd.

I had a wonderful experience with Travelelink staff especially Sofia and the rest. They were so patient with me following several questions regarding cheaper flights.
They also kept me updated when my flight was delayed with great reassurance and communication as well any changes in my return flight times.

Booked two flights for my kids to CMR for July 25. Good prices and efficient service from Jenny. Appreciate it.

Jenny( 02036171609) is a lovely person who understands and values the customer need.
Perfect communication between customer and travel agent.
Always ready to help and find cheap flights ☺️. Thank you so much

Thank you Anna Zoe ( 02036171521) . You were very patient with me dealing with my comparisons and you kept communicating nicely . To more bookings with you always.

searching for a ticket entered my details thinking I will just be shown price to compare... only 2 minutes after reserved a call from Esha at TraveleLink.co.uk, mind you received the call on Wednesday and early Friday morning made full payment... Their I was thinking okay my flight is booked now all I need to do is sort out my visa... Fast forward to Monday afternoon received an email asking if she could speak with me... there i was thinking my payment failed only to discount the Turkish Airline... this is the same airline Esha told me is a good airline to travel with has now increased the price by £300 per person for tax.. During the call conversation Esha informed me we can cancel and would not be charged... Now the fun starts... I ask to cancel she comes back with £300 per person to cancel... so either ways we are between a rock and hard place... at this moment cancelling was all I need this company is nothing but crooks...

It was a appsolute joy to deal with Tara Young 02038381916 ( TRAVELELINK) . Especially with the outstanding help and endless effort to find the right flight to suit my needs.

THERES ANOTHER COMPANY TRAVELLINK that I reviewed but clearly was wrong company so I will delete the review after this has been placed. I have a feeling a lot of the negative reviews on Travellink should be on Travelelink. So might be good all these get triple checked.

If there was a zero I’d give them 0. Purchased ticket on the 20th for £608, and able to pay it off before my flight. Very abrupt demanding deposit be done asap. I put £100 deposit. They send me confirmation that ticket is booked. I today 5 days later get email saying ticket price has now gone up by additional £255. Also the full ticket must now be paid by end of July. What a bunch of scammers. I called airline ticket was never booked just a quote. They now saying they will only refund me 25% of the deposit. £25 of the £100. I’m hoping more people check this website, and become aware of there tricks. I’m annoyed and pissed off to be honest. Actually feel stupid as I’m a frequent flyer, never should have fallen for this. Agents were Sofia Ally
and barry

Are you all guys paid to give this company positive reviews?? Im shocked, with the way i was scammed & so many people are giving positive reviews. Absolute insanity. These people ard scammers!! Scammed of of my £150 in the name of cancellation of a reservation that was never ticketed. They advertise low prices, people pay deposit on those low unreal prices. They gave me a reservation number, which i could do by myself. They told me the ticket would follow, but it never came. 2days later, they call and tell you to topup, claiming the price has gone up. Imagine a deal increasing price from £795 to £1400. I should have trusted my initial instincts telling me the fare was unreal. Now what options did i have, other than cancellation. The pain i still have for my unexplained £150 taken from me... I will 1day travel to Manchester& trust me, i will call the police to escot me to their office. That is, if it exists in the first place.
