Not entirely satisfied with this company who arranged travel insurance for me with Axa insurance.
I and my family were abandoned by our airline for a period of 12 days without duty of care costing us a lot of extra financial expense and distress.Axa insurance refused our claim initially and after our complaint was upheld held Axa are still dragging this out without reassesing our claim.
