Tanya was Soo efficient and extremely fast and accommodating to our needs. Nothing was too small or too big of an ask she came back to us with options and recommendations for our trip to Japan with 15 people which wasn't an easy feat to organise. Lapland Trip was well organised with constant communication prior to and during the trip. We received a printed booklet outlining all our accommodation and tours and any emergency contacts which we found to be a good reference when travelling. Accommodation and tours were what we were looking for and always well located close to the city centre, Recieved a follow up call and email at completion of trip checking that everything was to our satisfaction

Our trip to Bali was made very easy, Ange bowerman, hobart travel agent helped with all planning needed for the trip, anything we could organise prior to arriving in Bali was done to simplify the experience with full assistance, Visas, accommodation, recommendations on where and how to see tourist attractions, local drivers, flights between islands. We had peace of mind that if we needed assistance Ange was available to help before and after we had arrived. Antartica was the trip of a lifetime! One has to experience it to understand just how incredible it is.
Our travel agent Ange Bowerman perfected our whole trip, she is so knowledgeable, thoughtful and always ‘crosses the t’s and dots the i’s’, is always one step ahead! We thoroughly recommend her for any travel plans. And thank you to Seabourn Venture for a fabulous cruise, if you’re considering Antartica as a destination it will exceed your expectations!

Our trip to Cambodia was very interesting and thought provoking in what those people went through during Pol Pot --was well worth a visit
Our trip down the Mekong river was just marvellous---the Amalotus--an APT vessel.The Staff were brilliant and the service excellent as was the food!!
When we arrived in Saigon we were met by Driver who took us to our Hotel and shortly after we went on a ride through the City on antique Vespas--much fun!!
We then fly up to Da Nang and on to Ho An, where they had suffered from flooding the week before we arrived which was such a shame.
Then on to Hanoi and after a day had to cut our stay short due to illness, but that is where the tour contacts came into play. My Wife contacted the local contact who was marvellous and looked after us very well.
I cannot complement Claire enough as everything went so easily that it made it a pleasure to Travel with her suggestions
