Would definitely recommend Jenna! ❤️ She makes booking a holiday so easy and takes all the stress out of it. It’s lovely to have that personal touch and know she genuinely cares. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Booked two holidays now through Jenna and both times the process has been absolutely seamless. She has recomended fantastic hotels which always meet the brief. She is always available to talk things through and give you ideas/ recommendations which I have found so helpful when booking a family holiday. Just back from our second holiday booked with Jenna.

She sorted our family summer holiday to Florida and then a wider family break to Tenerife which we have just returned from. Both bookings were so smooth and Jenna is always at the other end of a message to help with any queries we ever had.

Highly recommend Jenna at Travel Now Group!

Jenna helped us book our familymoon last year and was brilliant from start to finish. We had quite a long list of things we were looking for and she was so helpful in narrowing down our options and finding the right holiday for us. We then ended up wanting to change hotels pretty last minute due to a change in the waterpark rules at our original hotel, and Jenna was great at helping us get everything sorted! She even checked in with us after we got home to make sure everything had gone smoothly and we’d had a lovely holiday, which was such a nice touch!

We’ve since used Jenna again to book another two family holidays for 2027. This time we sent her screenshots of holidays we’d found online and she managed to get us both cheaper than booking directly through the holiday websites!

Jenna is always so quick to reply, really helpful and nothing ever seems too much trouble.

A special mention for booking our 2027 holidays while she was on her own family holiday! We’d contacted her just before she went away but deliberately held off replying to the quotes as we didn’t want to bother her. Only for Jenna to reach out to us herself and get everything booked while she was away!

Jenna helped me book my holiday to Dubai by giving me a selection of different options to choose from. At no point was it any problem to ask a question and she was always there to answer them. Can’t recommend Jenna at Travel Now enough. She has booked our recent holidays to Ikos Aria and the Amavi in Paphos and both were absolutely amazing.
Her hotel recommendations are always spot on and really knows what we like. Nothing is ever too much trouble and she makes the whole process so easy.
She has already helped us plan our trip to Ikos Oceania and a cruise next year, which we are really looking forward to!

We’ve had the most amazing experience booking our holiday with Josh and Jenna at Travel Now Group! From start to finish, they were fantastic, so helpful, friendly, and professional, making the whole process stress-free and ensuring everything was taken care of. Our stay at XO Cape Arnna was absolutely incredible. The resort was stunning, the all-inclusive experience was fantastic, the food and drinks were great, and the service was second to none. Everything came together to make it a truly memorable holiday, and we couldn’t fault it!

We’ve booked several holidays with Jenna now, most recently our first proper family trip to Florida, and I genuinely can’t recommend her highly enough.

From the very first enquiry, right through to booking, travelling and getting home, Jenna goes above and beyond to make sure everything is spot on. Nothing is ever too much trouble, she’s always happy to help, and it’s such a relief knowing you’re in safe hands with someone who genuinely cares about making your holiday the best it can be for your family.

I cannot recommend Jenna enough……

I contacted Jenna to arrange a surprise 60th for my mum quite a few months ago and we’ve just got back and WOOOOW…….We started at a safari in South Africa 🇿🇦 that was OUT OF THIS WORLD 🌍 then onto the most sensational hotel in Johannesburg then onto the most insanely beautiful hotel in Mauritius 🇲🇺

I literally told Jenna my budget and she planned everything I could have dreamed of and more………

It was the best holiday and the most incredible time for my mums 60th!!! Your planning was impeccable and everything was so perfect, so smooth, so luxurious and I cannot put into words how perfect 🥹

Every single thing was planned to perfection and so well thought through. It was the most effortless holiday I’ve ever been on in my life. I didn’t have to think of a thing…..every car transfer, every detail was smooth! I would also like to say that the drivers that we had for our journeys in each country were also soooooo wonderful. The best drivers I’ve ever encountered!

I’m just back from the best 2 week holiday!
Jenna at Travel now made the process so easy! From booking a lovely hotel stay in Zanzibar and 4 day Safari in Tanzania, all transfers included. She was great help when our flights got cancelled a few months ago getting us rebooked flights and sorting out the extra night in the hotel. They sort everything out and have thought off everything that we would need during our stay!
Will book again 100% and would recommend this holiday to anyone, hotel was lovely and the safari was 5 out of 5
