Travel SOS - Minibus & Coach Hire Birmingham Reviews

SOS travel were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. The office staff were kind and helpful and every detail was sent via email. The mini bus was so clean and our driver couldn’t have been nicer. I found the whole experience with this company brilliant!

From point of booking to point of drop off on return journey, the service was faultless. Excellent communication. Particular thanks to Hanifa who dealt with bookings and Shad our driver for the day.

Had a great experience booking through Travel SOS our driver Umar was very helpful and pleasant too

Usman & Hanifa were excellent to deal with for the organisation. A clear itenary was agreed. We had 3 different trips to and from Race course and airport. The drivers contact details were shared a couple days ahead which was very handy. Buses are excellent condition, drivers very accommodating.
Only good things to say. Thanks for the service.

amazing driver who was so lovely, came exactly on time and was a great journey!

Absolutely brilliant service from booking process through to pick up and drop off. Booked a mini bus for 14 passengers travelling to Gatwick and the pick up from Gatwick. Time keeping was 10 out of 10 and the driver Umar was extremely helpful in loading and unloading for both days. Look no further if you want to hire a mini bus as not only do they provide an excellent service but prices are extremely competitive.

Best transport company I have ever used. From the office staff to the driver. Friendly reliable professional experienced safe. Will definitely use them again.

Having used travel SOS for the first time coming back from the airport I was pleasantly surprised.
The whole process has been smooth. From organising the pick up through to collection on the day.
Nice clean transport. Adequately sized to bring the large party we were and all our luggage. Driver both courteous and helpful. Taking care of all the loading and unloading of the luggage. Taking care of special items including a number of wheelchairs and prepared well to accommodate disabled passengers.
The whole service was flawless. Really good value for money. I will definitely be using them again.
Thank you Travel SOS for hassle-free transport. On time and excellent customer service. I have already recommended you to others.

Very reasonable prices, helpful and professional. Our driver was friendly and accommodating, he was on time and communicated with me to confirm booking on the day. Would definitely recommend the service.

We used Travel SOS to take a group of 12 to Brighton for my daughters hen weekend. From the very first contact with Ayesha, they have been friendly and efficient, always replying to emails promptly.
Our driver Ali arrived on time, he was polite and extremely helpful. The vehicle was clean, warm and we even connected to his Bluetooth to play music. When we returned home he called to say he had found the purse of one of our party and dropped it to us the next morning. He really did go over and above and is a credit to the company.

Highly recommend Travel SOS, fantastic service and a competitive price too. We will definitely book with them again.

Travel SOS were efficient and professional right from the start. I would not hesitate to recommend them and indeed will definitely be using them again. The driver was punctual, efficient, friendly and professional for which we thank him. He definitely made our journeys completely stress free. We used a child seat which Travel SOS kept whilst we were away and brought back on collection. Many thanks again you deserve to do well!!!

We use Travel SOS for our charity visitor days all the time - perfect service, always punctual and never let us down

I have used travel SOS twice now. Fantastic service! Professional & clear communication throughout, friendly drivers, clean vehicles and fair pricing. Thanks a lot! Would definitely recommend.

We used Travel SOS to take nine of us with 8 big cases and hand luggage to Heathrow to go on a family Christmas holiday.
The whole process from start to finish was superb, booking was quick, easy and efficient, the vehicles both ways were roomy and spotlessly clean and the drivers, Umar and Shanelle were brilliant.
I can't rate this company highly enough and will definitely be using them again.

First class service, friendly and helpful drivers.

Great company to deal with. Competitive prices. Contacted us week before our flight with driver details. Driver called us day before to check pickup times and similar excellent service on way back.
