Travel SOS - Minibus & Coach Hire Birmingham Reviews

Yasser was absolutely amazing. As a school, we felt completely safe throughout the journey, and his professionalism was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was 100% clear at all times, and he remained patient and calm even when timings overran. Yasser was extremely accommodating and ensured our needs were met every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Travel sos offered a great service. They made early contact on the day, so confirmed when they would be arriving which gave assurance and the driver was so friendly, helpful and flexible. Thank you and we will continue to use you going forward.

More than happy to recommend Travel SOS. We hired drop and pick up to Heathrow Airport. Great customer service beforehand, all queries answered timely. Driver contact a day before travel to confirm itinerary and provide their contact details. Arrived on time for pick up. Drop off at airport no hassle, polite service. Pick up time on return journey 10 days later Driver advised arrival at terminal and awaiting our arrival. Same place as drop off. Polite professional, clean minibus. Could not ask for more, on time, reasonable price, excellent service. Thank you to everyone at Travel SOS for looking after our Family.

Fantastic service. Spotless minibus. Friendly driver and on time. Would definitely highly recommend

We’ve been using minibuses provided by Travel SOS for the past 5 years and each the time the service has been fantastic. Travel SOS provide first class service. We had a brilliant driver, Ali, who made sure we arrived on time at our destination and the customer service was great. Would definitely recommend Travel SOS to others.

Driver Ali was very friendly, responsive and helpful, we had an organised a day out in the Peak District with about 5 families that included Dove Dale and Matlock Bath. I would definitely use him again.

We hired a 16 seater minibus for a daytrip to Hampshire. The booking team are very polite and helpful and made the whole process easy. The minibus itself was stylish and new, lovely and clean and very comfortable. We had a wonderful female driver who was very accommodating and professional. Overall a great experience. Would certainly book again.

We used Travel SOS to take our team from Birmingham to London and back again. The mini bus was very spacious, clean and comfy. Our driver Yasser was so accommodating and friendly, nothing was too much effort. We will use Travel SOS again.

We are people with Rheumatoid arthritis and we have an outing each year this year it was to Llandudno.
We used Travel SOS. The driver was polite, friendly and helpful. This is the second year we've used them and hopefully we'll be able to use them again next year.

Great communication from start to finish - by email throughout the booking process and by messages on the pickup days.
Polite, accommodating and helpful drivers.
Would definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Would highly recommend

Travel SOS, reply very quick, and always accommodate any requests. the driver on the day, was very polite and very very thoughtful to my residents ( who have mobility issues) so he did not rush them at all. i have booked Travel SOS several times, and would highly reccommend.

Used Travel SOS for a corporate day at Ascot Races yesterday , Usman accommodated 3 different pick ups for us and kept me up to date through out the process, the minibus was luxury and I would highly recommend. Drivers were superb as well ! Going forward will only be using these guys .

Absolutely brilliant kept us informed at all times as we were going to manchester airport and returning from Birmingham drivers were excellent thankyou sos from Gerry

We had a return flight to bali from Heathrow and I'm always sceptical about airport taxis that they won't turn up, you hear the horror stories.

I booked sos and it was so simple, paid my.deposit, had the reminder to pay promptly thrn the day before I received my drivers details who actually got in touch. Driver was bang on time at both sides and got us home safely, wouldn't use another taxi company for airport transfers again

Not only was the coach a luxury but our lovely driver Shad made us all feel welcomed! We had a smooth journey and easy communication, would recommend to all :)

Recommended coach hire service. Everything from the booking to travel was brilliant. The journey was smooth and minibus was nice and clean and the trip was a lot shorter than expected.
The driver also patiently waited afterwards due to some of the girls being stuck in the queue for one of the rides.
5 star service 👌

Great experience, really flexible and efficient and the driver was lovely. Already booking them again!
