Travel SOS - Minibus & Coach Hire Birmingham Reviews

Excellent service from our drivers! Plenty of communication between the driver and I. We travelled to Birmingham airport as a group of 9 the mini bus was clean and had plent of space. We were slightly delayed on the way back but the driver kept an eye on our flight number which put us all at ease. Would 100% recommend I’ll never travel to the airport any other way!
Thank you!! :)

Great customer service, arrived on time and returned on time. Driver Matthew was very polite and helpful. Excellent service, will definately book again with Travel SOS.
Very reliable.

Was an amazing experience, both drivers were super helpful and friendly, helping me (who has an disability ) in and out of the coach. Stopping when we needed to stretch our legs and getting us to our location on time and safely definitely will be using them again

I enquired about airport transport via email and received a speedy response.

The price was cheaper than other companies that I had used before.

We had to add passengers to our mini bus and the cost for this was better than we expected, with no real price increase for those who had already booked to travel with us.

I found the text messages from the team a great way of contacting them, as I always got a timely response.

I had to change the pick up address at short notice and this was accommodated by the team.

We had drivers Umar for our journey to the airport and Shadur on our return journey.

Both drivers texted/ WhatsApp messaged me before our journey, which was great.

Both drivers were on time, polite and friendly, our drive to the airport was quicker than expected and we arrived with time to spare.

On the way back I had forgotten to inform the company of the change of address for drop off. Shadur was very accommodating and insisted that this was not an inconvenience to him. I was so grateful.

The service we received was fantastic and I will be using Travel SOS again and I will also be telling my friends and family about the company.

Thank you Travel SOS for a seamless, stress free journey.

I only have positive things to say about Travel SOS,they are 100% reliable. Thanks for being a part of my event.

Great experience with Travel SOS, we used them to shuttle from South Hampton to London, vehicle was excellent, the driver was really courteous and helpful. It was a great experience for our group of 7.

Travel SOS were so helpful in arranging with a very last-minute request for a business tour with a busy itinerary and a number of stop-offs. They were quick and clear in their responses to our enquiry and itinerary, the minibus was smart, clean and comfortable and the driver pleasant and accommodating. They helped the event run smoothly and on time. Would definitely recommend!

Professional, punctual and friendly service.

We used TravelSOS for a transfer to and from Terminal 3 at Heathrow airport. They were communicative throughout the whole booking process. Shanelle was our driver both times and she was very pleasant, polite, and professional. I would be more than happy and confident to use them again for future trips and airport transfers.

We used this company for airport transfers from our home to Heathrow and was nervous from the start. As we have never use this type of thing before we was immediately put at ease and I cannot fault this service at all. It was excellent from start to finish very professional and communication was excellent all the way through. I cannot recommend these enough and if anyone is worried about using them for the first time and whether the company will be there to pick you back up, please don’t worry it is an excellent service and we will definitely be using them again. we had six people with a large case and a small case each and a wheelchair and they very kindly gave us a 12 seater minibus which was more than an airport. The journey was comfortable and the driver excellent. We had the same driver to pick us back up , which was explained that doesn’t always happen, but we were glad to see him. Thank you very much for an excellent service. We will definitely be back.

We used travel SOS to take us from Birmingham to London to celebrate nurse education at the student nursing times awards. Ali was our driver and he provided excellent service. He was professional and friendly and was also very punctual - ensuring we arrived at our destination in good time. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for helping make our day wonderful

Super nice drive. Ali is super professional and warmhearted. Wonderful journey with him!

Communication from initial query was brilliant. We had a text message the day before giving the name and phone number for our driver Shad.
Shad turned up at the agreed time and got us to the venue in good time. He was there on time for the return journey. He is courteous, pleasant and an asset to your company.

Faultless service from start to finish; used Travel SOS for a corporate trip to Cheltenham Races. Driver Marvin was a real star all day long.

The minibus driver was very polite, punctual, and most importantly, he got us home in one piece!"

I booked a minivan with driver with Travel SOS for my wedding. This was a transport for my guests. Very punctual driver and very accomadating on the day. My guests enjoyed the comfort of the minivan without having to worry about travel time/traffic on my big day. Thank you Travel SOS for your service and I will definitely use your services again in the future.

Went on a family day out in London and the driver Iqbal made the journey enjoyable and relaxing, getting us to where we needed to be on time with ease. Will definitely be travelling with Travel SOS again!
