Travel Visa Pro - TVP Seattle Reviews 

Person in Seattle office was nice, but corporate system is lacking. Here's why. I used this service for the first time recently, in order to get a 5-year biz visa to India. My Order was #198640. I have been getting 1-year e-visas with no problem, but it's a hassle to submit every year, and spending a few hundred with a service to ensure I had things all lined up for the long-term visa seemed a good use of $. That turned out not to be the case. First of all, I did get my visa within the 2 week window, which is good. But that's the only good thing. As I got started, the initial person I emailed with sent me a check-list with things I needed to submit along with filling an online form. There were bugs in the form (it asked me for a Shengen address which was irrelevant, and some other minor things that were just confusing and wrong). Worse, they said to address my biz letters to LA consulate. i twice emailed them asking why not Seattle where i live and where their is a consulate; they didn't answer. So I did as instructed, and then sometime after submission (which had to be wet ink signed which was a pain), they messaged I had to do all over again addressed to Seattle consulate. Finally I got all the paperwork right and dropped my passport at their Seattle office. I said for them to call me when it came back and i'd come pick it up, but they didn't do that, they just fedexed it. No major harm there, as it was early. But it was a 1 year visa! In their Ts and Cs they say they dont control what time grant the consulate gives, but they clealry took my money and submitted for a 5 year visa. And I get back the same thing I can do via an evisa for less than half the price without ever letting go of my passport. I asked them to at least give a partial refund, which they refused, as their Ts&Cs say they can do. Which is true. But they should not have taken my money in the first place if they were not confident of getting a 5 year visa. So they keep my money and get this review again, since they asked. Buyer beware.

Good service. Quicker than expected. But very expensive. They fill a niche created by (in our case) the need for two trips to the Chinese consulate (one too drop off passport and again to pick up passport and visa). San Francisco just took far away to do ourselves.

We found out that African countries require two pages facing each other in your passport book. Though we still had some room in our seven-year-old passports we needed to get new ones for African travel. The Travel Visa Pro company had excellent reviews and so I signed up. The forms that needed to be filled out were somewhat cumbersome and arcane, so I really appreciated having Raquel assisting me both by telephone and email.
We got our new passports in exactly the week as promised. Along the way we had notifications both from the Travel Visa Pro company, and from FedEx to keep us informed of the progress. Expedited passport service is quite expensive, but I certainly got my moneys worth.

Quick and easy, will be helpful through the whole process. Website could use work though.

I received my new passport within one week. TVP was efficient but communication during the process could improve. I had to contact them 2 days before I flew, as I was ervous & uncertain of receiving my passport. I called & mailed my documents & application from N.Y., but was processed from Seattle. Some warning in advance would have been appreciated.

Your staff was amazing ...they took the time to explain the details. Assisted me with the timeline and provided clear communication after the Visa packet was mailed. I would recommend this company to all my friends.
