Antwoord van traventuriasports.com
Dear Nancy, Many thanks for the review. The tracking shows, that your item was received on the 30th day after your purchase, well within the 22-40 days time-frame for the postal service you have chosen (having in mind the Chrismas rush and so many holidays). Have in mind that we are based in Europe and shipping across the Atlantic in Covid times is a lengthy process.
Regards!
Atanas

Excellent, exemplary customer service; highly recommended
Excellent, faultless customer service.
Traventuria, Juliana in particular, are an absolute joy and pleasure to do business with;
I could not recommend them highly enough - they are a fantastic example to all other sellers on eBay of how to run an online sales operation.

Traventuriasports is GREAT!
Ordering from Traventuriasports was a VERY pleasant experience. The skis that I bought for my kids and wife are in great shape and all tuned up. The customer service is very responsive and the package was at my house less than 2 weeks after order (I suggest to use expedited shipping!). Since my order was over $500,00, I got standard shipping for free and only paid the difference to expedited shipping. Did I mention that the skis and bindings are in very good condition? I will certainly order from Taventuriasports again!
