This is the second time booking with travlock and the guys have been so understanding and patient. I tried to buy a ticket last month but was scammed and then I remembered about this company and phone them up and I got what I wanted. I’ve never ever had such a helpful, prompt and reliable service regarding booking flights for multi stop long haul travel. And I’ve travelled a awful lot.Chris was very friendly and professional, all my changing requirements were met with the most generous can do attitude.

A generous 2*. When I had to change my BA flight due to Covid, I was entitled to a voucher valid for about 15 months but I had to go through my agent... Travelock. They said it should be OK but never confirmed or gave me a voucher. Instead they said "come back when you're ready to book". A year later I booked my flight through them but later I needed to change my return flight that cost me an "arm & a leg". I was not amused throughout the experience of changing the flights. Had I bought the ticket directly with BA, I would have been much better off. Before that experience when buying the ticket first time - I would have given them 5/5 like many people have done. But the acid test of an agent comes when you want to cancel or change something. So my advice is that read the (worst) reviews first before you go to any agent/ company etc. Everybody would look after you when you are spending money but they are not the same when you want something back or your circumstances change. The experience was in Dec21 and later in Jan23.

The person I dealt with Chris is. Dry efficient and replies back within a good time to any queries and resolves them. Most importantly he is polite

We booked two return flights to Salt Lake City and then a connecting flights to Reno with chris which I must say was very helpful each question and information was given within minutes I used what’s app easy to follow and to make the payment my son out in the USA so will be using them for many more flights highly recommend

After reading great reviews I decided we should try Travlock, it was daunting first time booking long haul flights to Australia … so glad we did, Chris was clear in all his communication, he secured the best seats that were available and booked our flights. Job done! Would definitely use Travlock again.
