This is the second time I was booking a flight with Travlock and would like to appreciate all the work, advice and input from Nigel.

We were able to look at the various flights and connections available and settled on that which I preferred. Thanks Nigel and will surely be recommending Travlock.

Wonderful to have a company that answers the phone with an agent within ten seconds. My contact, Nigel was exceptionally helpful in dealing with a complex travel issue. He ensured that he understood my needs fully and took a few moments to find the optimum solution for me, giving me two alternatives. He completed the transaction promptly and sent me a copy to check it met my needs. It did and I had a complete solution within an hour.

Nigel even phoned back to see if an alternative flight might better suit my needs.
