Good value and great service

A pain free travel experience
After trying to find direct flights to Australia, this was the first travel company to help. They found me excellent value in the direction I wanted. Seats in Premium Economy in comfort and assistance at all three airports. I wasvery impressed that they found just what I needed at a decent price. They were friendly, helpful and respectful. I felt as though I was their only customer.

Last Friday I started searching for a package holiday to Barbados. Outstanding service from Travloc!
Whilst searching for business class deals to Melbourne, Australia, on Google, I came across Travloc, a travel company I wasn't familiar with.
I called them up and had the pleasure to deal with Chris, who right from the start listened to our requirements, addressed them all swiftly, efficiently and very professionally. Resulting in a good and very competitive deal.
We got the impression he takes great pride in his job and cares about his clients.
We didn't even bother contacting other agencies as his service was so outstanding, that we booked the tickets with him the following day.
We're now 3 days later and several correspondence messages later, he continues to deliver in the same way. Very impressive and what an asset to this company he is! Someone like that is like gold-dust these days!
