Holiday claim,from start they ballsed up my claim sending emails to the wrong jet2 claims dept for months,then allowing jet2 to ignore the claim barely telling me anything unless i badgered them.when questioned As to why its taking so long,they blamed jet2 of ignoring the emails. 18months on they now just drop the case leaving to me to find another solicitor in half the allotted time frame to claim.rhen they come back with a lie,claiming i refused to go for a medical which i can prove i didn't refuse,shocking company!!!theyve now removed their lie and come back with more rubbish,I still have their original post.

Very skeptical at first to companies offering online CCJ removal services. Took a while due to current court waiting times however Treadstone Law got the job done and all records on my credit removed.

is very positive.
No nonsense straight forward professional approach. Friendly and supportive solicitors. Ofcourse court hearing waiting times can get quite long due to high amount of cases but this is something that is out of their control. Treadstone Law has helped me to appeal against CCJ and defended me well. As the result the CCJ had been removed from my credit file.

I was in a genuinely dark place when I reached out to Treadstone Law. Two CCJs, the severity of which I hadn’t truly realised, looked to have scuppered my plans to take out a mortgage, and with it, there were potential ramifications for the people around me – people I am desperate to care for and protect.

After hearing about Treadstone, my first thought was that they must be too good to be true – I really, really felt powerless, and that there wasn’t a person or firm on earth who’d be able to help me out of the predicament I was in. Within days, I knew I was on my way to removing the CCJs from my name, and within months, the process was completed. (Only due to a court backlog did it take that length of time, but to be honest, it didn’t matter – just knowing I was on the right path was the most important thing to me.) Today, my credit report is clear; I am out of the black hole I was in and I can look forward with confidence – not just personally, but where my family are concerned, too. Anybody with a CCJ against their name will know full well how something so seemingly trivial can have a hugely detrimental effect on their life – usually unjustifiably so. I found out I had a ccj - papers were delivered to an address I’d moved from but no one could help me remove it… then I found Emily - a fairy godmother who managed to talk me through the process - take everything over - and within 5 months it no longer exists on my credit report. Gobsmacked and confused at the amazing reviews below. When discussing the removal I was told the turn around would be 10-14 weeks, I have now been waiting 21 weeks for my CCJ to be removed with this solicitors. Everyone mentioning how quickly the turnaround has been while I’m sitting here scratching my head at the fact I am now over 4 months down the line having to constantly chase Chloe for an update, to be told the “court staff” made an error on my application in April but I was not informed about this, why? Disappointing is an understatement. I have spent over £500 and feel completely let down and ripped off. Wouldn’t recommend.
