Big thanks to the team at Treadstone, I got in touch earlier this year regarding a CCJ I'd had from an old Parking ticket. I dealt with a few of the team during this time, all were all spot on with their updates and the steps involved etc. Overall it took a while longer than expected but this was due to court delays. Aside from having this CCJ removed. The CCJ was a blocker for a pending job offer i had with a major bank, Rebecca@Treadstone helped me get over this hurdle, which was huge, probaby a bigger deal than removing the CCJ long term.

After receiving a surprise CCJ for a parking ticket associated to an old car registered to an old address, I spoke with 3 CCJ removal services. My experience and outcome with Treadstone Law has been literally life altering! I am a busy global producer and have multiple homes, I very little time to check mail. I had two ccjs added on my account for very low values as they were sent to an address I rarely visit. I was just living with it! Despite having a six figure income and no late payments I was tarnished for a these two ccj’s! I was honestly not expecting to have the ccjs set aside as I don’t know anyone that’s had success in this! Reluctantly I did call them, I had a chat then I left it again as I was just not convinced I would ever get these removed. A few months later when I was turned down for credit despite my income! I filled in the quick paperwork and paid for the service.. £500 ish if I recall! Dealt with Leeoni Holmes at Treadstone to have my CCJ set aside. I had tried other companies but was run round in circles until speaking with Leeoni. Leeoni simplified the situation, managed my exceptions exceptionally well and kept me in the loop at all times without being prompted. Wasn’t much I needed to do and CCJ successfully set aside within the time frame explain to me. Brilliant service through out. Highly recommended for CCJ disputes.

I unfortunately had 3 CCJs (parking fines) that I was unaware of. I realised I had them as I was applying for a mortgage so it was a real disappointment. The thought of having to wait over 4 years for them to be removed and then I found Treadstone..

Although in my circumstance, it was a long process from first contact - this was the parking companies lack of response! Treadstone remained in contact, pushed for response and I have had all three finally removed.
