I asked to return the item after 2 months because it doesn't help me and I see no improvement. I asked for return instructions and as of this writing, I have not received any info. The emails just keep on asking me what went wrong and if I could provide info for them to improve the product. I do not have any info to share because it isn't my expertise. Nonetheless Treatmedny markets a 90 day return policy but I am feeling I am getting the run around. Is there a customer service number I can call. The email replies come from a Mel but there is no other contact info. I will pay the return shipment however I do want to return the item for a refund. Please assist.

I bought this device as I have bunion on my right toe. I got some warm feeling and redness occasionally, so I had bought and tried other device before but did not see great improvement. This device is quite a game changer. After using it for few times, I can already see my great toe is not joining the second toe anymore and I have not had the warm feeling hence. The design is great but you have to adjust to the right strength for it to work and yet feel comfortable.

My right foot is slightly wider than my left and as a result, have started developing an early Bunion at the right toe joint. I've tried other cheaper bunion correctors on Amazon and they just weren't comfortable enough to wear regularly. This one is comfortable with the gel padding and easy to put on too. Best option out there and great prevention for worsening symptoms.

The product is very good. Seems to be helping, but I've only been using it for a few weeks. I don't expect the pain to be gone immediately, but it is making a difference I can feel.

I bought 1 bunion fixer to try it out. I use it on both feet & after just a few weeks of using it, my feet, legs, & knees already feel better. I learned years ago that a part of my leg & knee problems is caused by my bunions. I tried a somewhat similar product years ago which helped, but this product is better. I plan to buy another one so I can have one for each foot. This is much better than having to get surgery.

So far it seems to be working. I have been using the devices for about a week. The devices are easy to put on and I can wear them while watching Tv/reading. I’m hopeful that this will work.

I am using this for at least an hour a day. I think it is preventing further damage.

Had bunion for years. Started using Treatmedy on Nov 28 three times half hourly everyday. Not seeing a lot of improvement yet but can feel some throbbing sensation when not using. I am going to continue with hope of some improvement. Just hoping that the Velcro straps will last a while longer.

Total BS. The device does not work. To try and tighten or loosen - good luck. Very very poor quality and what a joke. Save your $$.

This knee massager has been a true God send for me! I use it twice a day on both my knees and have been doing so for about 3 months now. I have noticed a huge difference in my mobility and my knees don’t ache constantly anymore. Thank you Lord Jesus and of course, Treatmeady!

I am 51 years old and the discomfirt was getting to a level I could no longer ignore. I saw the commercial and decided to read the reviews because I really did not want to choose surgery. I followed the instructions on the website and my product came quickly. It has made an immediate difference. I can feel it and see it. I am very glad that I took a chance on this product. It is well worth the money I paid to get the relief I am getting.

Did not honor the BF25 discount to me prior to my order / shipment arriving when I placed the order just days prior. I do not feel that’s fair & equitable

After many decades of trying to deal with this "crooked big toe"which i now know is bunions.This device works 👍🏿 great,very good idea 💡 😀!!!

Only been using for a couple of weeks but I can say I have noticed a slight difference! I like that it's adjustable and that you can walk in it to complete whatever chores you need to finish. Company is legit. My only negative is that they try to sell you a lot of other stuff at the end of your purchase. Shipping was as expected.

Good quality product, adjusts to really fit the foot well. Gives a very powerful stretch to my big toe. Am gradually building up the amount of time I wear it and I can easily walk around wearing it.

The bunion device doesn't work as described. The toe part only pulls my toe straight up to the ceiling. It won't go back down nor side to side, like advertised.

Quick delivery. Excellent product that is already showing good results within the 1st month of use.
Highly recommended.
