I wanted to purchase a personalised hot/cold water bottle for a friend's 80th birthday that he could use when playing golf. I had a particular bottle in mind but that Company no longer existed. I came across another very similar bottle by Treat Republic and initially tried to acquire it through a well known national retailer. I needed a couple of extra characters for the inscription beyond that advertised. Sadly that retailer stated that many manufacturers personalisation offers could not be amended even by paying an extra charge and I should change the inscription to fit the 'model'.
Instead I approached Treat Republic direct. Lo and behold in the first response I had from Monika in Treat Republic's Customer Care Team she confirmed that they could inscribe the Bottle exactly as I had hoped at the price advertised and made a suggestion as to the best layout.
I readily accepted, placed my order and within a week the Bottle arrived. The Bottle and inscription are exactly as I had hoped.
Thank you Treat Republic for not only your excellent product but for your brilliant customer care.

I bought a personalised bracelet from this company and it was very poor quality. Having said that, the customer service could not have been more helpful in sorting it all out. 2 stars for the item but 5 for the team.

Terrible quality. I bought an engraved decanter. The glass was smeary despite repeated efforts to clean it. The glass also had small marks within in - almost like very small cracks. The engraving was not straight. Just a massive waste of time, money and materials. What's the point???

I order a personalised bracelet for my partner for Christmas but was far too small. Not fit for a man at all. I was so disappointed, i would be very wary of some of their items if you don’t want to be disappointed

I ordered a personalized pocket watch for my husband for our 25th wedding anniversary and was very disappointed in the quality of the product as well as the personalization. The website showed it in silver on the silver watch, but it came with gold writing. Also I received it with no battery or instructions. Now I will have to order another watch which won’t be on time for my anniversary.

I bought a personalised gift for my child’s teacher and was nervous it wouldn’t arrive in time, but the delivery was impressively quick! The product quality exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Treat Republic!

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Treat Republic. I ordered a sundial with a personalized engraving, but it arrived without the requested engraving—no explanation provided. To make matters worse, the sundial itself was damaged, with scratches on the face and poor overall quality.

I have tried to contact Treat Republic to resolve the issue, but I have received no response. Attempts to return the item were unsuccessful, as the product is marked as “non-returnable.” As a result, I have paid £65 for a damaged, unusable gift.

The lack of customer service and the poor quality of the item make this an unacceptable experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this seller. I will now attempt to secure a refund through PayPal as my last resort.
