A tremendous learning opportunity
The experience was better than I could have hoped for. As someone who was unknowingly forest bathing I really enjoyed and learned from the specific methods by which one can get the full experience. The many different techniques that were introduced lead to a much better experience. I would highly recommend this course to anyone that is looking to learn more about the experience and the practices that are necessary to truly experience forest bathing.

An inspiring course
The course is well presented and contains lots of useful materials that gives you good understanding of the forest bathing practice and can prepare you to set up your own business. The trainer is very likable and knows how to keep students engaged. The customer support was also very helpful. I'm looking forward to start my Sinrin Yoku practice asap:)
