We completely understand your expectation — especially at this price point, this should not happen.
For watches in this category, we need to have the item returned so we can properly examine what went wrong. This allows us not only to resolve your case correctly, but also to investigate the issue internally and improve our products to prevent similar situations in the future.
Unfortunately, we do not stock spare parts such as individual clasps, which is why we’re unable to send a replacement part separately.
That said, we absolutely want to make this right and ensure a proper solution through our return and inspection process.

Ich habe dort Ohrringe bestellt, in der Beschreibung "Designt in Denmark" - okay, von der Herstellung stand da nichts. Trotzdem war ich, bei der ganzen Anmutung der Website, dann doch bei der Lieferung unangenehm überrascht, dass die Dinger Made in China waren. Preis und Qualität stimmten, aber trotzdem fand ich das einigermaßen irreführend.

Experience was good. The only thing the company could do is to add the tracking number into the customers profile. I only received the tracking after I emailed the company. Otherwise the merchandise looks great.
