Do not spend your money with this merchant!!!

They will try every tactic rather than issue an exchange or refund.
I ordered a size medium Women's Black Sheepskin Duffle Coat with Detachable Hood (pockets are non-functional, sewn to button tabs, therefore you cannot get your hands, phone, or anything else into the pocket). It was too small, wouldn't even fit my daughter, who wears a size 2. Also, how could I forget, the coats had a strong chemical-like smell, I had to leave them on a back porch for several days!!!
I asked for an exchange/refund. Instead, they offered me “We’re happy to offer an exchange for your desired size for a $30 shipping fee. There’s no need to return the current jacket—this fee covers the shipping costs, and we’ll take care of the replacement item itself.” I agreed and paid the $30 fee. I received a monstrosity instead of an XL jacket; it appears to be a big-and-tall men’s XXXXXL. They asked for pictures and promised to get back to me within 24-48 hours, but they never did. They ghosted me!!!

Great customer service! Responded to my emails same day! Accurate description of the product!!

Have not received any response from the company yet regarding a return I would like to make within their 30-day return policy due to item not fitting me well.

I bought a coat for my wife. It came and did not fit so we asked to return it for a refund. They questioned why it did not fit, I sent an explanation and pictures. Since they have a 30 day return policy I thought it would be easy, but no. they said their return warehouse was having a problem and offered a discount. I refused because the coat did not fit.

The jacket I ordered is so cheaply made. I spent $200.00....I have emailed them over 10 times with no answer. I have tried calling the number, it's a fake number. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

This is one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. Crap product, terrible return experience and after two months, I’m still waiting for my credit. I highly suggest avoiding this “company” at all costs.

I ordered on October 17th, 2025, and this company has been giving me the run around. I’ve sent them multiple emails, and they kept giving the excuse it was because of the Halloween rush! today is now December 9th, 2025 and it has been almost 2 months since my order date, this company has now stopped communicating with me at all. Very disappointed! They kept telling me my order was scheduled to ship on a weekly
Basis, and I would check the progress. But nope! It has never shipped! Almost 2 months later, they have completely stopped communicating with me. I do not recommend buying from this company, I Wish I could give them a big fat ZERO rating!!

If I could give a zero or negative rating I would. These people are a bunch of Scammers and liers! The website will promise you a delivery date that’s untrue. They’ll tell you the product has shipped when it hasn’t. The jacket sizing is completely inaccurate. When I attempted to return the jacket they kept stringing me along asking for various pictures of the jacket, of me wearing the jacket, pictures of the tags pictures of the label. They still have not sent me return instructions and it’s been nearly a month.

This maroon racer-style jacket has easily become my go-to outerwear. The color is unique but still masculine gets compliments almost every time I wear it.I have broad shoulders, and the large gives me a fitted look without feeling restricted. The zippers feel sturdy, and the inner lining is really comfortable. I wore it to a gallery opening and felt like I actually had some fashion sense for once. Totally recommend if you're looking for something different from plain black.

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. The clothes are clearly not made in accordance with the so-called sizing chart. Returns? Impossible. In fact, they informed me that I cannot return the items because it does not fit and that it is our problem that the clothes do not fit. It is one thing if the clothing they sell are "customized" and/or "tailored," however, this place sells massively produced items. The individual I spoke to told me to send her the measurements of the item, which I did. Then she informed me that she sent my concerns to the "concerned department". That was over a week ago.

Following my earlier review on April 20, the company reached out to me and assured me they would resolve the issue—but only after I closed the dispute. Unfortunately, as soon as the dispute was closed and they received payment, they stopped responding to my emails. As expected, their phone number still doesn’t work.

If you’re in doubt, try calling the customer service number listed on their website—it simply doesn't connect. They only respond when they need something from you.

This has been a very disappointing experience. The website is unreliable, the customer service is practically non-existent, and the products appear questionable. Save your money and avoid this site, especially if you care about product authenticity and dependable service.

My problem is very similar to the previous writer. I ordered a Leather Jacket for my husband size 4XL however, the jacket fitted like a size XL. We reached out to Trendy Leather Jacket via calling and email. No answer via phone the line stays busy all the time. Finally, Ashley finally responded to the email and asked us to send pics and measurements which we did. After that, we never received any responses back and so far it's been 3 weeks thus far. We sent several messages via email and still no response. All we want is to return the jacket and a full refund! Is this company scamming ppl? I'll repost again if I don't hear from them by the end of the week. Today is June 9, 2025

I have purchased 2 jacket from them and both were way too small. It appears that they would fit a 12 year old kid.
They respond to emails most of the time within a month. Ashley has said my jacket is coming but this has gone on for many months. They have all my measurements, But still No jacket

I am continuing the review I wrote previously regarding my November 2024 order from Trendy Leather Jackets. I finally received the order around the end of December. It was a knockoff product made and sent to me from a man in Pakistan. I paid $135.00 for a designer sweatshirt I later saw selling for $70 on the designer's website. The sweatshirt I received was a tacky replica of the original. Plus, it was very small and did not fit. Trendy Leather Jackets completely disappeared from the internet between November and January or February. I had sent several emails, called, and left messages numerous times without any reply. I had no other way to return or ask about this purchase. We had to donate the item. My bank could do nothing since TLJ showed the bank I received the package. I still could not get in touch with them, but now I see they are back online because today, I received an email from them telling me to remove my comment here because I received the jacket.
So, I would say the site is a scam. They will send you a knockoff product, disappear for a few months so you can not contact them, and resume operations after it's too late to do anything about it. If I am wrong and they want me to remove my comments or report a favorable experience, they need to rectify the junk I received or replace it. I order online all the time, and this is the first time I have been ripped off. I noticed that there are many reviews from people claiming they received knock-offs from Pakistan between December and April. Then, suddenly, many good reviews were added in May. I suspect they are fabricated. These people sent me an email telling me to remove my review here. Scam

Bought Los Angeles Lakers back 2 back 2001 champions jacket a while back. Its an amazing piece of craft. Takes me back to that legendary era.

Scam! They ordered a jacket from Pakistan for $50, which is not the correct item sent to me. Now I have to pay taxes based on the original price of $360!

Scam site, never received item…tried to go back to website and it was no longer valid. Filed a claim with PayPal, finally received an item over a month after ordering, but total false advertising of their product. Definitely received a product that was not what was advertised. Attempting to get a refund, but I have a feeling it’s not going to go well.

I placed my order on December 3, 2024. I received an email with a FedEx tracking # and when I check the order status it says label printed.Fedex has not received the package as of today! I keep calling and getting voice mail and sending emails but, get no reply from from this company. Hoping that I didn't get scammed

I placed an order on Nov. 29, 2024, and received confirmation. I received a tracking number from FedX on Dec. 3, saying they had created a label, ...but nothing has happened since. FedX has not received the package yet as of Dec. 13, 2024. I have sent several emails with no response, and I have tried to call, but I only reached voice mail, and no one has returned my call. Of course, they charged my credit card back in November. If I receive the order, or if they respond to this order I will update this review

Looks high quality and fit was as expected. Originally was just going to wear for family photos but I think this will end up something that will be used often!
