Five stars without hesitation. Mark Daniels and Jennifer Merrington were incredibly supportive throughout an extremely long process trying to sell a property. I am so grateful to them both for helping me get it over the line at last.

A truly professional and patient…
A truly professional and patient service from start to finish. Our property sale took longer than expected due to our first buyer pulling out last minute. Our solicitor was amazing, she completed all the work she was required to do quickly and effectively. She constantly chased the buyer’s solicitor for answers. Would 100% use this company again.

A great company to work with
Moving house can be a stressful experience. Ours certainly was! One area that I cannot fault was how Bernitta at Threthowans looked after us. Easy to get in contact with, answered all questions promptly and was very organised. Thank you for making this part of our move as straight forward as possible. I would not hesitate in recommending them for others.

Jackie constantly assured me of all my worries and never told me any false positives . Always told me what could be done and what couldn’t. I was helped massively with anything I didn’t understand.
I hope I never need Trethowans again . But if I do it will be them I call first
