I order and i don’t ricive the order

Nothing EVER arrived, emails bounced back- avoid at all costs or like me you'll learn the hard way

I would give it a zero if I could. Total rip off

Ordered Garden storage box from Sentrix total scam should of tried phone number and email first as no joy with both

I ordered a 40 mtr. Hozelock reel from these nomarks. on 28/07/2026 it didn't arrive. I was stupid as the price was way lower than others on the website, I was suckered in. So much for Trevion. I did notice on the shop app they were called Lilamlop. Give them a wide berth. I cannot understand how they can advertise on Google, you would think there would be some kind of safeguard for consumers. I reported this to trading standards only to be told lots of people send in complaints so they may not get around to dealing with every complaint.

Emailed them loads of times but never replied

I ordered a shed back in June, never received said shed, no response to emails..no surprise there. Eventually got my money back fortunately. Please stay away from this so called company, it's just a front to take your money, they WILL NOT send you anything!!!!

I am very disappointed with James Sherlock. I have purchased several BMW motorcycle parts from them, but when I called for help and clarification, I found the manner on the phone very rude and unhelpful.
As a paying customer, I expected to be spoken to politely and given reasonable assistance with the parts I had purchased. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite.
Based on the customer service I personally received, I would not recommend them and I will be buying my BMW parts elsewhere in future.

Totally avoid , it's an absolutely scam .They clam cheaper items , take your money ,never deliver, never reply to complaints. Go to your bank and request a refund

Please stay clear from the website it's a scam! Worse part is that this website is shown as an actual company. However no shipping updates have been shown, I have gone back to the website and they have changed the name from Trevion to Lilamot store!!!

It's a scam they have now changed there name to lilamot not trevion my receipt suddenly changed when I reported them a total scam no products delivered but money was taken don't buy from them based in France no warehouses in Britain as it says Doncaster which is a house and customer services number not a real phone number how do they keep being allowed to scam peopke

I’m getting my bank involved, as a fraud case

I ordered a BBQ set online. I received an order confirmation stating order was being prepared. I checked their own order tracking as provided and it didn't work. I sent an email asking about delivery. No reply. I sent an email asking to cancel the order. No reply.
After one month no goods received and no communication. I believe this is a scam company.

Parents placed an order. Never received items. Can't make any contact. Same as everyone else has said. It's a SCAM. Do not use this company.

I didn’t want to give a star as couldn't go no further on here without it but my husband also bought a treadmill £60 they sent an email confirming but can’t contact them he phoned his credit card company wondering if it was a reputable company and felt scammed but reading these comments I think it’s a def scam the credit card company advised to wait see if treadmill turns up but at least he logged it with them card transaction has been generated so hubby will pay it but see what happens with them investigating the matter if no show of a treadmill …I thought he bought it thru Amazon 🤷‍♀️😫
