Definitely a scam. Placed order and sent through a query about payment - received an immediate response. Once the payment was made no shipping information was every provided. I have sent four email enquiries and heard no response.
It has been over 2 months and nothing has arrived.
Trying to reclaim my funds through my bank and reported them as a scam.

I use the sananga for my dry eyes and also I get pain in my eyes that goes away with constant sananga use. The sting is a really good feeling for me with my eye and nose issue. I get a breathing problem associated with dry nose and eyes. I don't get tear production and also I have little to no snot along with a congested nose. It's hard for breathing at night and I can go through insomnia because it is difficult to breathe and feels like suffocation.

The medicine opens up my airflow and also makes for a lubrication on the eyes. There is more to it. I don't know I am quite confused how it all works science wise. I use the sananga and it seems that the snot and tears flow naturally for a few hours. So, I will take it every few hours. I am afraid that if I run out I will certainly be in some trouble with whatever is wrong with me. I don't know any other over the counter medicine that works like this for my issue. It does get progressively worse without the product.

The fact that no one on social media accepts this except for maybe sananga users is a totally horrible coincidence, though. Not enough good input on the medicine and where it comes from which is where it is bought from with Matses. I order with full on trust with Juan every time and it arrives. So, 5/5 for him. He's a good dude all the way. You know that these dudes have a Youtube video or two. I would go on Youtube and look into Tribe Matses. There are more stores that deal with the tribe. So, be open to trusting in them. They are natural and nice human beings. I would do more research before review bombing them on TrustPilot. Look at the few positive reviews here and I notice myself that there are some resemblances to the way I see my own packages sent. I know that they are more so real. The negatives may have lost a package or something but I don't trust them from my own personal experience with the company.

Very nice business rep to deal with because I know it's a tribal business that is authentic. Does anyone else on Trustpilot but few even get this? I am very confused because ever since I dealt with Juan it's been trusting business. He even adds free Mapacho with the sananga drops in the gift box he sends which gets literally NO duty tax fees. I love it!

This guy Juan for the win every day and for the rest of eternity. I'll always support my herbal eye drop medicine dealer. I will not switch to another. That's how I do it. I always do that and I've done that for years because it's good business. There is nothing quite like this business. It is unique and is well respected by those who actually associate with Juan for long term business as you can see from reviews on the TribeMatses website.

It's got the strongest Brazilian sananga drops which is the only way I will go. Plus, you get the best deal for 4 30ml and I get that for a very cheap deal. I use it as medicine. I don't see anyone beating the deal for this type of medicine anywhere else. Also, do your research and you will know that the Tribe Matses is the best for selling everything they sell. It's all a good banging hot deal but at the same time you will not find that deal anywhere else. I would take advantage of a good thing while it is real. It's a very cool business. This is my favourite eye dropper medicine for my eyes and also for my breathing issue. I wouldn't even ask a eye doctor anymore about what to do. That's because I know where I will go when I need some. I will go to Juan. To me Juan is like superman. He is my saviour and I am not joking because I need his support and medicine.

I make a order 4 weeks ago. I hoer nothing about.
I send 6 email but no answer at all.
But the money of 97 USD the company take.
This is a absolutely now go.

The pkg made it to Miami a few days after I ordered it. But remains in customs purgatory...I actually googled the tracking number instead of just using TM's site, that's how I know. Anyway not TM's fault but I wouldn't order anything from them if I were a US based customer.

I ordered Mapacho and Shredded Sananga and only received the mapacho. They never reply back and when trying to leave a review on their site, they only post the 5 star reviews.

Have not received order. Tracking # has no updates for 30 days. States still in route and not even out of country. Sent 3 e-mails to 3 different e-mail address asking for update and no response from anyone. If I get my package or hear back from Tribematses I will provide update. Their website does not allow for rating but you read only good post. Do not buy, maybe a scam/fake site.

Aucune nouvelle depuis 1 mois et demi j'en est eu pour plus de 200 dollars et rien ne répond pas au mail.

I wish I had seen this before wasting my money with these guys. After reading these reviews I'm super pissed. So far 39 days in customs Miami and no release of product. Contacted tribematses and no response at all. Wasted my money.

Update 8/28/24: Never received my product and now they are marketing to me again. I really want the product. Do I dare risk it? It got stuck in customs last time.

Scam. Never received anything. They just ignore my emails. Lost 500E.... AVOID.....

Its not a scam, but.... big but... things can go wrong. And they don't always reply e-mails. So that can cause a lot of stress. But the products are of good quality and low price. So if you want to take a chance and you're not in disstress very fast, go for it. :)

fraudulent company, once they have the money, don't give any more news,,Several friends have the same desillusionment...

My Order never arrived.
I had received a letter from Customs Canada stating they had confiscated a package and will not be releasing it and if I wanted more information I had to contact the Exporter (who is listed as being in Mexico).
I have contacted Tribematses possibly a dozen times and Not one reply back from them.
I am extremely disappointed.
I had read multiple other reviews left by people who had this same unfortunate experience.
They do say on their website that they will provide Refunds in cases like mine however; how are you to get a Refund if they don't reply !
I would strongly caution anyone who may be considering purchasing from this company; or at least communicate with them Before you make your purchase to test the waters and see if they respond to you first because once you place your order; if you run into any complications not only will you Not receive your items but you will Not get your money back either.

Never received a 400 euros package.
Then nobody from matses tribe even answered me. Shame

Spent 900dollars on product that never arrived. No communication or acknowledgment from tribematses even after contacting them 10+ times over last 10months. Placed order autumn 2021 and it's now autumn 2022.

When I received my first package, the products were not the ones I had purchased. I contacted tribematses.com. and they told me that they change the names for security and it was fantastic because I also paid a very low tax, because it was declared that way.
when I performed my ritual it was perfect on the full moon, I must mention that I lost a package, but it is the risk that one assumes through customs.
but all the others are perfect and i will buy again and i am thinking of going to iquitos

Originally, I left a wholly negative review based on the complete lack of response about my order. The product finally arrived--nearly 3 months after I ordered it--so I'm grateful. That said, clear communication--heck, ANY communication--from the seller would greatly ease the process (and likely lead to higher overall reviews).

Two of my orders never arrived. The tracking numbers did not work and they have not replied on any channel for four months now. If you order you might just lose your money and will receive nothing. I do not recommend!
