Liebe Spieler, bitte nicht in dem Casino spielen.
Man gewinnt nichts in diesem Casino. 610 Euro eingezahlt und kaum etwas gewonnen.
Ich habe später beim Casino die RTP (Return to Player) Werte infrage gestellt, was für jedes Casino enorm wichtig ist.
Die Überprüfung des Casino ergab, dass bei Spiel Book of dead laut der Website ich einem RTP Wert von 87% betrug, obwohl auf der Website des Casino bei book of dead 96% als Rtp Wert angegeben ist.
Bei dem Spiel Book of gold multichance, was ich gespielt habe, waren die Rtp Werte auch niedriger als die Richtlinien des Casino besagt
Trotzdem hat das Management des Casino die Erstattung wegen falscher rtp abgelehnt.
Das Casino ist nicht kooperativ und nicht an einer Lösung interessiert.
Das Casino ist Betrug, zieht die Kunden über den Tisch.
Hier gab es nachweislich bei den gespielten Online Casino Spiele RTP Unregelmäßigkeiten, die Beweise habe ich sogar und die Unregelmäßigkeiten wurde sogar selbst vom Casino bestätigt.
Trotzdem ist es das Casino egal und hat die Rückerstattung auch aufgrund der nachweislichen RTP Unregelmäßigkeiten abgelehnt.

Das ist eine Erfahrung, die ich sogar nachweislich beweisen kann und dass sind keine Behauptung, sondern wirklich so passiert.
Das Casino erwartet von jedem Spieler Fairness und dass die Spieler sich an die AGB des Casinos halten. Bei jedem Verstoß gegen die AGB seitens des Spieler konfessieren die Casino die Auszahlung, sperren das Konto etc.
Auch die Spieler erwarten vom Casino Fairness und Einhaltung der Richtlinien.
Daran hält sich das Casino Trickz.com überhaupt nicht.
Obwohl die Mitarbeiter des Casino selber bestätigt haben, dass die RTP Werte der gespielten Spiele von der Richtlinie der Webseite abweichen, hat die Geschäftsführung trotzdem die Erstattung der Spieleinsätze abgelehnt.
Casino ist Betrug, Finger weg Liebe Spieler, ich meine es nur gut. Zahlt lieber in anderen Casinos ein, die ehrlich sind.

I have to give credits where credits is due, i won some money and i was concered that the verification stage will take forever as the other 50+ casinos i been in. Worst gambling experience.
Customer service is completely useless and they will do everything in their power to keep from paying out money.
In review process leading to a withdrawal they keep coming up with new claims and stating that you have edited or tampered with documents, even though they are PDF's generated from your bank. I was robbed out of 15,000 euro in this process.
They will do all to keep you playing, even lying to you about not being able to approve documents, even though they are completely in line with their guidelines.
They claim that they will review documents in 15 minutes, but I had to wait 6-7 hours only for a rejection a bullshit reason. In that time period I asked customer service for a status 6-7 times and they kept saying, I needed to be patience, but it was a straight up review. Later they said it took a long time to review, because they had to reject it - even though it was a perfectly legitimate document showing the needed information.
They are lying and deliberately delaying payouts every which way they can in order for you to keep playing and losing winnings.
Stay away. You can deposit unlimited funds, but you will never see your winnings. What a scam!
I have all the documentation about the proces. If other people want to, we can get together on a class action law suit. Contact me
