This company scammed me out of 299.0 after I canceled my account early April! Worsted experience ever they don’t answer phones or emails! They just take your money

Do not get involved with this company, they do the bait and switch. I ordered and was supposed to be charged $149 for 15 mg, instead I was charges $279 and got 2.5mg. Took me a week to get in touch with someone, after multiple calls, emails and messages. I will never use this company again. Beware

They are completely deceptive in their approach and as a basic business model. It will appear that you are only signing up for one month at $149 especially if you're using your phone. If you do not scroll down and read the very fine print you will be signing up for a subscription which you will not be able to easily cancel. IN MY INSTANCE I SAW NOTHING ANYWHERE INDICATING THAT I WAS SIGNING UP FOR SUBSCRIPTION. THEY CAN HOWEVER SIMPLY CLAIM AFTERWARDS THAT YOU DID. AND YOU WILL HAVE NO WAY TO PROVE A NEGATIVE. The next payment will be $300. When you click to pay the $149 that you think you're buying for one month you will see nothing that indicates that you are buying a subscription. Customer service is on a 1 to 10 basis one being the worst I would rate it at 0. YOU ARE DEALING WITH PEOPLE WHOSE FIRST LANGUAGE IS NOT ENGLISH WITH VERY THICK ACCENTS AND ARE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO UNDERSTAND. Furthermore it takes forever to finally reach a live person. They will rarely call you back if you leave your number. It should be more than clear from previous reviews that this company is not one that you should ever deal with. If any lawyer who wants to make money on a class action suit this would be the company to investigate. Even if you try to stop the shipment before it is sent to you they will disregard your effort and send it to you anyhow even if you send the shipment back to them you will still incur the $300 charge. I speak from experience having dealt directly with this company. They don't care if you file a complaint with a Better Business Bureau they will not answer any contacts requested by the BBB. THEY ARE SIMPLY OUT TO MAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN AS QUICKLY AS THEY CAN.

TrimRx is deceptive. The price was higher than advertised. And in addition to the weightloss medication, they offer additional items with a box that is checked. I tried to uncheck the boxes because I didn't want them, but they automatically charged my credit card when I clicked the boxes. Also, they told me that I had until a certain date to cancel my prescriptions so they wouldn't renew, but they renewed the meds about 5 days prior to that date. When I received the email, I contacted them and was told they would cancel the orders and refund my money. They cancelled the prescription and I didn't receive the meds but they never refunded the money. I had to protest the charges on my card. That investigation takes 30 days.

The drug works. No doubt about it. The company is unethical. Period. They advertise a price, $149 a month, which was acceptable to me. I was happy and my appetite was nearly gone. I took less than prescribed, on advice of a doctor and still had barely an appetite. The problems started when my second dose arrived and $299 was taken out of my debit card account. I was shocked and mad. I called trimrx immediately and waited on hold and then transferred 3 x. I finally talked with a rep who said "thats the price" and would not discuss the matter any further. The ad distinctly said " $149 a month, never goes up, satisfaction guaranteed" I called back the next day and said I wanted to return the new, unused vial for my money back. I was told "no returns" I argued for a while to no avail. I then called my bank and processed a "chargeback" for $149. This was the difference between what I agreed to pay and what I was charged. A month later, bank sends me a letter saying the charge back was denied, siting the "small print" in the "agreement" I signed on my phone when signing up. SMALL PRINT. To me, this means FALSE ADVERTISING " My bank agreed, but still would not give my money back.

Warning: Trimrx advertise a false cost. They charge double for the 2nd dose. Their customer service is the WORST. Get your product somewhere else and please demand to see the FINE PRINT!

Don’t use. I was about to pull the trigger and order but I first had a few questions. I texted, emailed and left a VM for a call back ( customer service was busy). Never heard back. Terrible customer service.

Terrible experience. Customer service is among the worst I’ve experienced with any organization. Getting even a partial refund is nearly impossible, for they gobble your credit card immediately claiming that the medications are ordered already. Good luck connecting with a person in any department other than sales. Enjoy the wait.

Please be VERY AWARE AND CAREFUL when filling out the questionnaire for weight loss medication. Once they approve you, they automatically ship out meds without notifying you. You just get a text/email with tracking info but not an email stating that your approval automatically gives them permission to mail you medication. Tried to cancel 48 hrs before shipping, but was unable to. Texted, emailed and called customer service, to no avail. I'm sure there may be fine print somewhere, stating this is their policy, JUST BEWARE before you finalize your questionnaire!
