Refund my order T12312121846322171!
For my order T12312121846322171, the package arrived and was completely empty. It wasn’t damaged or tampered with. It looks like shipper error and I’m very disappointed. Please refund me. Please do NOT send me another item -- I will be out of town for the next month. Thank you.
Nobody will reply to e-mails and you cannot reach anyone. This website is a scam!

We're very sorry for not replying to you in time because it was outside working hours. We will reply to you as soon as possible after seeing your message.
Since postage is based upon shipped weight, our warehouse do weigh their items for the most part.
And the Carriers do not deliver opened packages without it being identified as damaged in some manner in the delivery to avoid liability.
If it was found opened after delivery by receiver, we'd advise to have a claim for property theft & a claim on USPS official website. A case can be opened, however you have a delivery stamp & that will work more in your favor than against.
We'd much appreciate if you could share the case number after filling a claim with them. We''ll also forward to our courier to check what can we do about this. Many thanks!
100% SATISFIED

My go-to for gym wear
I tried a couple booty shorts to wear to the gym and now Triniful is my go-to for gym wear. It's really hard to find shorts that are a good fit and quality. Also tried their socks and undies too and am super happy with them!! Will definitely be getting more. Staff is super helpful and responsive as well <3

Don't purchase from this site
Bought 4 pairs of underware. (same thing in diff colors) Tried on one, didn't fit. TERRIBLE return policy. No US distribution so you have to ship overseas. They suggest you BUY MORE STUFF instead of return what you have but why would one do that when the sizing is so far off.
Terrible experience. Stuck with useless product. Will never buy from here again.

Sorry for the confusion about the size, the size will be slightly different due to the different designs of each product. The suggestion here is to choose according to the size chart of the product. Or if there are any questions about the size, please contact our customer service for consultation. We're very sorry to bring you an unpleasant experience! Our email: support@xmenbody.com
