I Am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service i received from Ms Poonam Thakur in relation to my recent air travel arrangements.
I was particularly impressed by her promptness, professionalism, attention to detail, going above and beyond in just booking my air tickets. On just a request she arranged wheelchairs for me and my aunt , did the web check-in, ensuring seats which has ample leg room and comfortable throughout our journey.
