Very disappointing customer service experience. The staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic communication skills. Instead of helping, they made me feel like they were doing me a favor. No accountability, no proper updates, and very poor coordination within the team. Overall, an unpleasant and frustrating experience dealing with them.

Mr. Kamal did a good job all the way through. It was a very pleasant experience. Everything was smooth. I strongly recommend.

Whenever I just think about traveling, Kamal is just an email away. He always understands the requirements clearly and provides the best options available.
The best part I like about him is always transparent and give better advice in the options are not suitable, which have built the trust throughout these years.

Don’t use them they scam you. And won’t reply at all. Not helpful at once they get their commission they will never respond you if you need help.
