No response after multiple attempts
The ring was sent in a timely manner but I've had issues with FedEx delivery. I’ve emailed Triton 3 times and called twice with no reply or resolution. The last call I made I was told to "just be patient" I understand the shipping issue isn’t their fault, but the complete lack of communication is unacceptable—especially with a time-sensitive order. I’ve never left a negative review before, but I’m at a loss.
